Hello, I'm the guy who found the Extended Church scene (thanks for the credit btw), I wanted to point out that some scenes are still left out like the previz reel from Ken King but pretty good video! I also have found more deleted material from the movie which is mainly from the final battle that I will post on my profile in one of the next days so sadly you barely missed out on adding it on here
Amazing discoveries! I will most likely end up editing this video and put a link in the description with your new discoveries. (Although if there are many, I might make another update)
I must also point out that your reveal is the biggest one in almost 2 years (since the reveal of the deleted scene of Eddie talking to Gwen at her house). Amazing work!

Kinda prefer this version of Harry forgiving Peter. I feel like he already understood deep down that Norman's glider killed him, blaming Peter was just him holding onto his rage, and seeing that friends, the people he loved unconditionally were in trouble, snapped him out of it.
Gwen was the one who was supposed to get kidnapped and Mary Jane came to Harry to ask him to help Peter, that scene of Harry looking at the photo was probably a leftover of that, there's also the deleted scene in the trailer of MJ saying" We have to forgive eachother or everything we know will mean nothing" that was also related to the deleted plot.

That church deleted scene was awesome! The music felt more realistic with the bells. and sandman’s face at the beginning looked more painful than the one we saw in the original movie honestly i just hope we’ll see a well put together version of the uncut stuff or just the stuff that was left out so some one can put it together if they wanted to. Love spider-man 3 i always will!

Spider-man 3 and TASM 2 are the movies with the most deleted scenes I've seen.
The way they portrayed the Symbiote in these deleted scenes is legit horrifying. I like that it’s like a parasite that leaches off of whoever its host is, slowly eating them up til the host is nothing but bones.
That’s horrifying! I wish we got to see that in the release of the film.
Yes but they deleted the alternate death scene for Eddie Brock cuz the test audience found it too scary and disturbing, personally prefer it in the final cut of the movie

18:01 I think I've heard about the Editor's Cut of Spider-Man 3 that there was a scene that Gwen breaks up with Eddie after he gets fired from the Bugle which was filmed but was never included.
This sucks all these could have been utilized so well, hopefully one day there’s a directors cut

If I'm remembering correctly, when Eddie goes talk to Gwen, George intervenes by telling Eddie to get out of their property. And regarding Penny, her mom and Wallace, they would convince Flint to spare Peter and say that Penny's disease is incurable, which makes him run away with them

I feel like the symbiote isn't dead in that alternate death scene, remind me of how it seems to die in web of Spider-Man issue one and yet it was still alive and became Venom later... Maybe this was supposed to leave room for that whole Venom spin-off movie thing Sony wanted.

You forgot some scenes like Peter in Oscorp searching for Harry, but good video, there is a loooot of deleted scenes that would help the movie and making it better.
8:29 it was indeed filmed even in the movie it appears that Peter used the original object to attack Venom before the camera angle change and Spider have a different object. This means the original ending was partially used in the final film
The deleted scenes (the prototype movie) look more like a Spider-Man horror movie and that honestly would have been a really cool version to see back in 2008.

Well, most of the scenes in the video weren't in any non rare footage, but some are present in the Editor's Cut, so either that was the version you watched or it's a Mandella effect

It's hard to describe the excitement and joy I get out of finding never before seen peices of media I grew up as when I was younger. So much goes into the process of filmmaking, and not everyone seens it. Whole movies are made that don't get released due to various reasons. Did you guys know that there is a movie made by the guys behind Reno 911, about Nicholas Cage and his stolen copy of Action Comics #1? There's an iMDb page and everything, but the movie will never be released.

I think I’m speaking for everyone when I say that the original death of Eddie is so much cooler and Darker and (insert other adjectives that describe this scene In a positive and fitting tone) so much more, it’s a damn shame we lost that ending, and so early on too
Honestly such a shame they didn't keep the alternate version of Sandman destroying the Swat team vehicles in the final version at 5:03 tbh, it shows more cooler scenes of the Swat team's involvement in this version rather then the really quick one second camera shot they kept in the final version TwT
I kinda wonder if there's more scenes for Venom attacking the Swat units inside of the building to cause honestly that would've been awesome to see without again another one second camera shot they did in the final version too
Hey buddy, I don´t know if it´s already known but I have a Spider-Man 3 novel about Harry as the new goblin. It´s short and has no pictures but it talks about interesting things for example Harry watching his dad, the last scene and how the novel reffers to Venom as itself while the movien doesn´t.

Gotta be honest I don't understand why they even included Gwen Stacy in the movie, she doesn't appear at all anywhere else outside of the beginning of the movie and some deleted scenes.
Basically like why include a character when your not gonna use them
I also honestly didn't know that Eddie Brock in Spider man 3 was in a relationship with Gwen in the movie too which was kinda a shock to me

Lo es y hubiera sido interesante sin embargo debido a que la actriz de Gwen estaba embarazada durante ese tiempo fue remplazada por Mary Jane algo que creo enojo a la actriz de MJ pues hasta re utilizaron sus gritos de las películas anteriores

Pobre raimi,lo obligaron a grabar con 2 villanos que ni el queria en pantalla,el queria al buitre en la tercera parte para luego introducir a venom en la cuarta entrega pero sony le insistio en grabar todo eso para al final descartar casi un 50% de toda la pelicula y en su mayoria escenas inconsistentes.
Talvez por eso se repiten tantos extras en la tercera parte,volvieron a regrabar escenas al ultimo momento

3:10 The scene with Dr. Wallace and Sandman did appear in a version of the film, it was in the FX version of the film but unfortunately this version, which was released in 2009, is not complete.
My recreation of the Venom's death it's WAY better. I also made an animatic of the Sanman Meets Venom original scene

I think there is also a deleted scene where flint and venom stole the taxi to capture mary jane. Flint killed a taxi driver named Ned ( a 42 year old father who lives with his mother, wife, 16 year old daughter, and 9 year old son).
(Ned decides to head back until flint shows up disguised as a pedistrain)
Flint (disguise as a pedistrain): hi Ned.
Ned: yes i need to go back to my mom, wife, and kids. I have a family.
Flint: look i didn't mean to scare you. But im glad that you are okay.
Ned: what?
