- In Part 1 I took you through how to diet effectively. Here I talk about something just as important for staying the weight you want to be, the maintenance phase.
Unfortunately the diet doesn't end when you stop reducing your calorie intake. Equally your diet shouldn't go on for too long. The maintenance phase is an important part of making sure you keep that weight off for the long term, and don't see it all rush back on.
