I have 2 current thoughts:
-Hype coz Ive been saving
-Concern coz this is fast turnaround of cel hypos with near on no income for them
In 2-3 months all the meta comps will be full cele/hypos for pve pushing, dream realm, arena, everything... rate up characters won't matter much i feel.
@@kevinsoga434 na with how scarce stargazers and how greedy the devs are , considering for f2p stand point getting 1 c/h to m+ if lucky or not is 2/3 months. having full c/h comp it would take months and months. Even if it just 1 copy each its hard to progress in the late game afk stages dream realm and such, especially with this season which is very hard unless youre a whaler. I would say rate up characters still significant

More than likely it's a tactic to make people want to spend on stargazing orbs. In the end they are a company and a company wants to make money.

@@CopyCatPhantom But they are doing very poor job at it. People are quitting big time, and they release 2 whale-characters in a row, with 2 purple characters for f2p and dolphins in a row as well.
Not only that, but they also released skins that are so uninteresting that they made them story and event rewards.
I came into this game spending money, and now I didn't put a single dollar for like a month, if not more. Instead, I am ready to go all out on Nikke summer event. Thanks, Afk Journey, for saving my money!

Yeah. Idk. As dolphin spender those units are unattainable at current rate of adding them.... and then you have to get them to M+ and by then it will be outdated...
Man I love Talene, but it's really hard to get hyped for another clestial right now. The devs can't even balance the 4 main factions and we now have 2 wilders, 2 maulers and soon to be 2 Stargazer... Next Lightbearer and Graveborn better be amazing.

literally no one cares, cause no one can pull it. I like the game, it's a fun side piece. But my fucking God, if this game isn't abysmal when it comes to character releases. 2 A rank banners in a row and Cel/Hypos this close to each other, when we can't even get enough pulls to pity a single copy, in a game where you HAVE to dupe units. Yikes.
Reduce the guild coins from 30.000 to 15.000 Problem solved
No no, I'm sure the solution will be cheap $200 scamgazer bundles so you can get 1 copy / $100

2 cle/hypos and 2 A levels the past few weeks is kind of crazy tbh. I really wish they would switch it up a bit or allow us to use diamonds for stargazing.

Man.. I just decided to build my Reiner yesterday and he's 1 copy away from M+. Didn't think they'd announce the next CelHypo this fast, but fingers crossed she's gonna be viable at just one copy if at all.

@@Shindro69 Broken characters: Phaestro (whale only edition) and probably Talene (whale only edition). Then Squish-lord soren and mid characters for F2P/Budget spenders.
@@alghul7798 soren is not broken character, the others yes but are p2w so doesnt count, a lot of players been saving resources for spend in a new character and still waiting to 1 broken new character...
@@Shindro69 I called him the Squish lord lol (he dies first and fast, basically hopeless), i meant broken characters are accessible only for the whales, and F2P and low-spender haven't gotten a broken character yet.

Im sticking with my plan still. Renier to m+(need 2 dups), then scarlita, then I'll decide which to go next. Phresto, or any other new one thats op at the time i get my goals.
I honestly think it is way too soon they add in a new celestial after introducing phraesto. With the amount of stargazing gems we get, we cant really get any of them built at all.
Its only been a month since Phreasto, but they said there will only be two celehypos this season, which means at least 3 months for the next one after Talene

I will absolutely be coming back to AFK JOURNEY just to get her. She is one of my favorites from ARENA and there is no way that Lilith is going to screw her over because she is amazing
I like how they made the big bad of the season story into a bait character just to release the real prize a couple weeks after

I just got my Dionel to Mythic + today, so it will take a while to get my 30k clan points up again, but if she really comes to the game I'll start building only her

They need to activate the Stargaze summon with diamond asap we have now 4 cele/hypo on meta the way si going the meta is shifting to only be able to be used by whales with the addition of talene if she is op, not even mid spender can keep up with the current situation of cele/hypo

Also you missed a bit of a key to the spoiler, regardless if its talene or not. It will be a hero from afk arena, the tree in the stargazer is the tree from afk journey, so It leads me to believe it is talene with the feathers

she is a support in AFK Arena, but u can sac tank her. her awakened version is a tank

im sitting on 120k gems and 90+ limited banner tickets with more than 15 units are M+ and above. hence i got nothing to pull for and they keep pushing for this celehypo and A rank units. wtf are lilith cooking?

Honestly, whether it's Talene or not is irrelevant because most players can't even get one cele/hypo to M+, much less multiple.
i have m+ renier . me f2p, if you not to lazy and can stay in champion arena rank to buy star gazer orb 5/week in 3 month can get m+
I feel like they have had to throw this charc in now to try and save what little player base they have left not knowing it will likely do the opposite. Unless they just after one more cash splurge from the whales.

Wouldn't Scarlita theoretically be her weakness? because she can execute anything out the battlefield which would include talene especially if she sacrifices hp 😂

What do I do with my 90k gems?
It's like they've completely forgotten that low spenders/f2p exist, nothing achievable, worthwhile, or hype enough to pull for in like, nearly a month or so.
I'm still trying to get Reinier to M+ and I worry that by the time I do he's gonna just be completely outclassed.
Yeah..new celestial....but since I am f2p its nothing exciting anyway..rather even more concerning....good for some playerbase I guess.
A new cele/hypo just isnt it, maybe whales get hyped but my reinier isnt even m+ yet and he's the one i've focussed from the start

Strike 2 for me. I actually was spending on the game until they gave up on free to play. Why am I going to keep spending money on a game that's actively chasing away free to play players? So I can end up in a server filled with people spending even more money than I am?

Nothing against you but-Tell me why I should be excited? I'm a pass buyer so I don't mind spending some here and there, I've hit pity on Reiner everytime over 80 pulls, next week I can finally get him M+ from Emporium. I'm sitting on over 100 special tickets waiting for a unit that will actually achieve something in game for me, not 2 bloody A ranks in a row and the dev team things I want to log in at a specific times for a 15 minute event of playing a match game that wouldn't challenge a toddler. I played AFK arena for nearly 2 years and I'm already bored and frustrated in this one after less than 6 months.
Time to create my 4th account... 4th server rather...

This is pretty messed up. They dont giv us enough pulls or ways to get them to pull for these characters. If we could use gems it would be different. I just finished Reiner And stared on A new one just this week. There's no way for free to play to get these characters its kind of sad.
