Jeff , Analan mini pet hair removal way better than lily brush. You should try it. Also in regards to blowing out small dabree with air tool if you don't have, the mini Ryobi hand held blower works just as good man. Keep sharing that knowledge. Much appreciated
I dont have a compressor in my van, I use my Adams mini air cannon in place of air compressor. Works awesome, compact and easy to handle. It goes on sale often, between 80 and a hundred bucks! Great info as always! Following the same routine is key too - SOP's baby!

I think those are by far the best looking rims on the x5 gen. Still looking forward to that day in the life vid where it starts with the morning coffee and ends with the dinner. Really interested to see the different Customer cars and Locations etc.

@@topstardetailing both tools are ok (tornador has better quality) & should not break after one month of usage. A lot of users have the same issue when the tool is not used to specs. Fail Symtoms are: Broken whip tubes & cracked funnles. Cause of fail is always: To much pressure from the compressor! The tool requires 90PSI of pressure max., exceeding 90PSI will drastically shorten the life of the tool. Your husky compressor can put out 175PSI of pressure, have you dialed back the presure output to 90PSI?
Hey Jeff I appreciate the informative video again, I have been in business a couple months and am getting good results and a lot of good reviews however i have really been struggling with finishing details in an appropriate time frame and the interior detail on a 4 door truck took me about 5.5 hours today. It had carpet and seat staining that i shampoo and extracted. I did use the scrub ninjas on just about every plastic and vinyl surface along with brushes in all buttons and cracks then had to blow it out after; maybe i should just wipe down cleaner areas or buttons? I want to know how long it takes a more experience detailer like yourself or anyone reading this to complete a dirty but not extremely dirty normal 4 door interior?
@@loganbelew4832 if you’re doing shampoo & extraction on a full size truck usually around 4 hours for full interior, maybe a little longer if it’s really dirty - hope you’re charging accordingly my executive interior for that vehicle would be $375 My express interior 90 minutes to 2 hours at $210

Ammo NYC is the Michael Jordan of detailing. You can’t compare Detailers against each other …. Everybody has their different style in detailing. I watch all of them

@@loganbelew4832 champion 4500w and I have it serviced every other month oil change, spark plug, valve adjustment every 6 months. I have a second generator as a backup so I just drop one off to be serviced and swap it out with the other one. What generator are you using?
Regarding the Pet Hair Removal tools, the metal tool i have myself. It does not really do much, it actually rips out the fabric of the mats no matter how gentle you are. The lilly brush is ok but there is a new one called FurCobra. Its engineered here in Europe, in Finnland and its way much better and more efficient than the lilly brush. Look it up and maybe consider getting one. I got one myself couple months ago and im satisfied with it. You can also look up some videos. The founder himself has a ton of 10 sec time limit comparison videos where he also compared the lilly brush against the FurCobra dor example
@@LilDan depends on the vehicle and its condition. This one is brand new and recently detailed so yes. Separate towel for windows, separate towel for door jambs.
@@topstardetailing I getcha. By the way, that soft brush you used to scrub the door jams, where did ya buy that? I'm just tired of going through a full cloth for every door jamb I clean. Are you sure it won't scratch the paint in the door jamb area?
@ I bought that one in a local detail supply shop, there are similar ones on Amazon… just make sure it says soft bristle brush.. they are normally used on rims, but you can feel the bristles and they are very soft, I always use them on door jambs and never have any issues with scratching… just light pressure and soapy water and works really well. Otherwise you could use a wash mitt/sponge that is dedicated for that purpose just don’t use it on the rest of the car afterwards.
@@DerekAnz prices are subject to inspection upon arrival. I usually charge an extra $30-$60 for pet hair depending on how much longer it takes to remove. I let the customer know before starting the detail Extra 30 minutes = extra $30 .60 minutes = $60
One thin microfiber for the whole vehicle is kinda crazy regardless of condition. Steering wheel/ driver side alone should make you switch to a new one
