US Constitution: Separation of Power; Checks and Balances

This video looks at the Separation of Powers as set out in the US Constitution. The separation or 'sharing of powers' means that each of the three branches of government (legislative, executive and judiciary) has the ability to 'check' the power of the other two branches.
