The video talks like a judge would fit into one of these seven categories. Is that true or dos a particular judge apply different methodologies under different circumstances or even combine methodologies for decision?

It is absolutely inparitive that precedence be reviewed and realigned with the updated version of the correct interpretation of a court decision. Which however, are only opinions concerning the case before them it is in no way implies that the legal Interpretation has changed too mean something other than what the intent of the legal Interpretation means?.

Our judicial system revolves around the right to be adjudicated by our peers and not by a specific class of persons who share in common a specific skilled proffession. It is the People who hold the right to interpret the Constitution, not the justices whom the People have no power to influence or regulate. Perhaps the current practice was appropriate when the People and their opinions could not easily be gathered due to the lack of transportation and communication technology but our Nation no longer suffers from that disability and there currently exists no reasonable barrier to justify government's usurpation of the power that rightfully belongs to the People, which is precisely what has caused the fall of empires throughout the history of man. If our government truly is incapable of learning from the mistakes of its predecessors then it stands to reason that it lacks the capacity to exercise the powers it presently possesses like a toddler with a machine gun. Our government needs to be placed in check and attenuated in accordance with the true reality of our present circumstances before any more innocent lives are harmed by the court's unrestrained delusions of grandeur.
