@@AlanHistoryNerd Yeah, I think we're all struggling through this third lockdown - I just keep wondering when do we get to go back to normal? I'm glad you're well though! :) It is really good actually - having online only lessons is a bit tricky due to the nature of the course, but it's still quite good, and I'm honestly enjoying it. Hahaha, I'm not sure I'm good enough yet but I'd certainly be willing to try!
Hi Alan, I’m really struggling to write a good top answer! I have watched a few videos but I’m still so stuck, I am currently studying the constitution and wondering if you have any tips as the question I have is a 30 Marker as to why the UK needs a codified constitution?
Intro: Start off by defining codified constitution, briefly set out the arguments you will look at, then state your judgement. Main body: you need three points on each side. Make sure you pair them up as points and counter points e.g. It would set limits on the powers of the governments and institutions v It would be rigid and hard to amend. Make sure each point has supporting evidence and that you are doing mini conclusions that fit with your overall argument. Conclusion: Should match the argument going through from intro and the min conclusions
