Cook potatoes, cool in fridge become resistant starch , eat small baby win salads, boil. ,steam.
All the joy of potatoes is worth it! No one lives forever.
Celery has way more benefits than ‘risks’ .. I can’t agree with this one. Be smart, buy organic
Celery has pesticides not only in china it's in Virginia,California.
Didn't know about celery. Thank you! Looks like avoidance of vegtables in general is a good idea.
Giving up on the vegetables unless seasonal, homegrown without chemicals. Even then, I need to watch out for high oxalates in a lot of them as I've overdone them in the past, trying to be healthy.
It makes chicken stock taste soooo good. I buy organic 🤷🏽♀️.
Thousands of research papers on vegetables being good for you (some better than others) avoiding vegetables is silly. Stick to colored potatoes, greens and cruciferous vegetables is easy.
@@mrmaxcarter2306 I eat low oxcelate vegetables.
@@PardieDiem there are only a few really high oxalate vegetables that are common, so it's easy to avoid. Like beets and spinach and rhubarb.
Does everyone know organic uses pesticides too? They are chemically different than non-organic pesticides, but they are pesticides nonetheless. To say organic vegetables don't have pesticides is misleading and spreading misinformation.
Chemical, man-made pesticides, obviously are the problem. So much of a problem, in fact, that they cause the deaths of 65 million birds every year.
There are all sorts of chemicals allowed in/on organically grown plants. Most are fairly innocuous, but that may only mean we don’t enough about them - yet. This information is also not mentioned by producers, so we are often left thinking that organic = “pure”.
None organic celery better grow at home,no canned veg.
