some extra notes:
- I forgot to mention the mario movie leaving grant kirkhope (the composer of the DK rap) and that alone is a war crime. maybe my least favorite part of the movie. they have GOT to fix that in the digital release
- the blue shell koopa is maybe my favorite fanservice in the whole movie. dude hated so hard he yelled out a battle cry like some OP dragon ball z character then literally killed himself just to end mario and donkey kong 💀
- i liked seeing mario's family actually. reminded me a bit of the first BTTF when we first saw marty mcfly's boring ass family. loved how mario and luigi have like a lot of uncles. they didnt dive too deep into mario's daddy issues so that's good
- mario playing kid icarus was based
- yoshi was really teased like an MCU character lol even though there was like a brief scene with yoshis earlier. not as hilarious as the post credits scene in the king's man either where they treated hitler like an MCU character too
- suzume is a bit overlong and got a lil repetitive during the second half. aimi from d4dj was also in it for a brief cameo and there was a reference to love live sunshine so that was pretty dope
anyways those are my opinions. love live sunshine review is up next which means i wont be uploading videos for a while so i can cook. but i promise y'all this video is insane and is worth the wait. also apparently i have a little sister, no idea whats up with that. wtf sunrise
