This is a great recipe ... I used canned coconut milk and normal jaggery (not the traditional kithul jaggery) and baked in the oven at 375 for 50 mins in a water bath ... Tasted great ! I bet it would have been even better if I used proper jaggery but I couldn’t find them here .. Thank you so much for the recipe

Smiles hi there ! Yes you can use canned coconut milk for this. And yes! You can use the oven for this. You have to use the temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 35- 40 minutes. But make sure to check after 30 minutes by inserting a skewer. Thank you for watching.

Add cardamom pod seeds, cinnamon well ground are roasting it a bit! Works well and don't forget the nutmeg too
