I love these little Chippendaley-type dressers - absolutely wonderful to refinish! I love the gold leaf and yes, it is addictive & hard to stop, LOL. I love the stencil. I think the artist him/herself notices more of the small details of placement more than anyone else, but I know what you mean about starting in the middle. I love starting NOT in the middle sometimes deliberately. 🥰It's beautiful! Love the ball claw feet, too.

I love it soooooo much!!!! Its so glad and Kacha style 100 percent!! I have been wanting to try the gold leaf and stencil technique myself!! Adding the gold wax to the knobs was a great descion as it pulls it all together!

Beautiful and I think Kacha would be proud! One thing I think would really glam this up even more is to gold leaf the top edge gold to match the gold leaf on the rest of the piece!❤️
