Is it fine to learn AWS solution architect course and then look for the job with certification of AWS SA without programming language.? Or should someone need to learn first Programming and DSA and then go for this course.?

Hi Jatin, You have to find out whether the Solution Architecture requires programming or not. It will be there in the requirements for that certification. Usually it is not required.

If someone has referred you then you can ask that person. Sometimes we find really good people who refer us and take it forward. Othertimes we have to do some followup with the referrer. If you followup 2 to 3 times and no interview call then move on.

Sir, i have used refferal in an MNC.The high rank professional who reffered me itself took my telephonic interview within a week.Then after i was called for TR + HR interview where i did well.The very next day the sir who scheduled my interview(the same person reffered me too) called me & said to me to fill in the details in the link provided.Then he said that Hiring Manager will be contacting u for sure dont worry.What are the chances of me getting selected ?

Yes, referral does not mean that they will not follow the process. Referral only means that you are able to break the line and come in front of the HR so that they can evaluate you. But they will do the due diligence or the follow whatever steps they follow for all the candidates. The advantage of referral is that if there are 2 candidates who are almost equal in all sense then the one with referral will be picked. So be prepared to follow the entire evaluation process.
