In my own college this sort of partiality is done where boys who are more capable than their female peers are being rejected just coz of their gender. Even in recession she got a job is really grt and here I am with 3 years of experience with 15lpa can't even find a decent 22lpa job. 😭I wish somebody gave me a referral.
