It's a great video. So many companies are exploiting employees by not giving Experience letters or by not verifying it later. It's not fair to the employees. Hopefully this helps people take a fair route. Note: I'm not encouraging it, but if you feel that it will help you balance out the exploitation, go ahead with it.

Don't give yourself an internship without certification on Meta or Google for example, but a local company or a small company abroad. The best option would be to study local companies that are bankrupt and just add them, but not too much experience either, still keeping a nice balance between "wow, cool person" and "damn, sus"

Then for 3-6months tell your friend to send some amount of salary. by this process you dont have to worry for Background verification because the experiecnce you will show is 100% genuine and its a company not Institue.

This is both helpful and unhelpful. There either needs to be a part two to this where you show what to do if you dont have the experience or just say more about it in this video. All this video does is say how you should only apply for jobs if you have the experience, which is great for people who do, but meanwhile the rest of us are trying to get a job we know we can do without the experience, because we know that they will just train us on the job anyway. Even if there is no need of experience candidate company and this HR asking for experience even i have seen some people in industry who demand more experience in some technology the actual life of technology.
Yes I have seen in my company that one girl lied that her MSc results are not yet out and when she was asked the results are already out and still u r not submitting your passing certificate. At this point the girl overconfidently said that her seniors had suggested her to follow this way. And finally she was asked to leave on the same day and then warned all of us not to follow such practice.

companies by default cant deny the experience letter. If they hired someone with fake experience, its due to the lack of adequate BGV process at their part. As per Indian laws, no company can deny experience letter. Period. An employee can send a legal notice if any organization denies issuing exit documentation

Mam, I am in a very tricky situation. I am 2018 passout in Mechanical engineering from a premium institute. Last year i switched to IT sector and join a small company. Later i found put that the work we do is not ethical( perforing final exams of US Students online) and leave that company for that i had some dispute from that company too because this company was not providing any documents not even appointment letter. So i left, but after they gave me almost all documents. Fast forward 4 monthsi was looking for a job as java developer get an offer, but in bgv previous employer gave negative feedback about everything. My offer letter was revoked. Now if i remove that experience i am fresher with 16 months gap from my previous employment and 2018 passout. I see no path what to do next. Having thoughts that my career is over. Please help
Try other company, small start up. Companies also knows there can be problem with other company system, even if your BGC fails, they won't fire, just monitor your activities till probation, extent probation till they get full confidence
I was scammed by my institute claiming to give job guarantee and later i got an internship saying they will give me work of data analysis but actually it turned out to be really shdy work which is not related to data analysis and that company is well known company so i trusted it now he is giving me experience letter where its mentioned that i have done internship as data analyst for 2 months but in reality i have not. If you’re confident enough to show your skill to company according their requirement then by giving honest reason about your gap that about dad’s health, they will hire you.
Once the company figure out the fake exp., is the candidate subjected to LEGAL action by the company or simply the company asks them to resign & blacklist them.
If you honestly show any gap more than 3months in between your jobs experience then your resume even will not get selected by any MNC company nor by any job consultancy which send candidates profile to MNC. My Wife joined an IT company, she was having 4years 11months of experience in that bank. Her first 9months she worked as a temporary employee and later she was confirmed as a permanent employee. In PF statement they have not included 9months as she was a temporary employee and salary was given in cash and no PF account was created during this 9months. Now that cooperative bank is under 35a and working under RBI directions. Now nobody is responding to BGV as one of them told that until the bank revival you will not get any response and also ex employees are not our priority now. They told on her face that they are not going to reply for her BGV from new company. Now this new company is behind that 9months where she has worked as temporary employee. She have no other proof except which they gave as a letter of joining as a temporary employee for those 9months. Company and BGV team is not leaving and they are behind her for these 9months. I joined a company in 2017 as a fresher and worked for about 4 months and left the company due to personal reasons ,in probation period without serving notice period, without receiving relieving letter. After that I joined other company and worked for about 5.7 years. Recently I got an offer from tcs and even after being transparent with the HR about my employment history she proceeded with my onboarding. At the time of doc verification I was told that I can’t onboard since I don’t have relieving letter from first company. Now I’m jobless , will this end my career. Please help

My first company was a cash in hand contractor job and that company is completely closed and nobody to contact there now. But i have added that to the bgv because i have experience letter given by them. I worked for 2 years and I cannot keep that empty as well. I assume you mean how to deal with the circumstances when you loose the job after being caught in bgv. You should use your knowledge and skills that you have gained in your assignment and apply for new roles. If you have got an experience letter for your service, just prepare a good story about your previous resignation.

How many past companies OR years are generally being verifies. Lets say one have 12 years of experience and switched 5-6 companies, then what number of companies/years any MNC gonna check ?

One should have proper skills that match your experience levels. At the end of the day, you should be able to perform your job even if you use experience letters to fill the gap. And remember you should justify the No of years of experience you put in the paper by your work and prove it. Just for increased salary or designation if you are using a fake letter you will be caught and thrown out. You should be able to handle and do your work properly even if you tamper your experience letter.

I was scammed by my institute claiming to give job guarantee and later i got an internship saying they will give me work of data analysis but actually it turned out to be really shdy work which is not related to data analysis and that company is well known company so i trusted it now he is giving me experience letter where its mentioned that i have done internship as data analyst for 2 months but in reality i have not. So i was thinking if i can edit the date and change duration from 2 months to 4 months and till then i will keep improving myself. Is there any chance i might get caught?

I worked in a company for 2 years they are a non tech company and did some data projects and several small IT projects , After two years I could understand they didn't register a tech business but has a non tech company registered. 3. MNC might not shortlist you but every company is not same still you can get decent pay, and mnc doesn't guarantee job stability as well do remember this
4. HR and technical interviewers are not your enemies try to showcase your skills, if asked about the gaps answer in one sentence don't try to stretch and focus more on problems instead show how are you looking forward to succeed in your looking at the positive aspect of life

My Wife joined an IT company, she was having 4years 11months of experience in that bank. Her first 9months she worked as a temporary employee and later she was confirmed as a permanent employee.
In PF statement they have not included 9months as she was a temporary employee and salary was given in cash and no PF account was created during this 9months.
Now that cooperative bank is under 35a and working under RBI directions. Now nobody is responding to BGV as one of them told that until the bank revival you will not get any response and also ex employees are not our priority now.
They told on her face that they are not going to reply for her BGV from new company.
Now this new company is behind that 9months where she has worked as temporary employee.
She have no other proof except which they gave as a letter of joining as a temporary employee for those 9months.
Company and BGV team is not leaving and they are behind her for these 9months. Will they snatch her job. How should she proceed with this situation? Kindly suggest and help.

If you have got an experience letter for your service, just prepare a good story about your previous resignation.

One should have proper skills that match your experience levels. At the end of the day, you should be able to perform your job even if you use experience letters to fill the gap.
And remember you should justify the No of years of experience you put in the paper by your work and prove it. Just for increased salary or designation if you are using a fake letter you will be caught and thrown out.
You should be able to handle and do your work properly even if you tamper your experience letter.
