Yes.. finally one that makes sense..! Im gonna sign up for this one. They are finally coming up with better platforms and fees. All the other platforms you talked about in previous videos I put on my pass. But this new one makes sense-!! Thank goodness. Does this one give you copies after session? I know with Notarize its free but they dont provide copies so if I do a loan signing for a title company I cant sent them a copy?

Ok notaries I definately recommend this plat form. Their fees and policy is legit for us, unlike the others. I just emailed them on a Saturday today and they responded right back and answered all my questions...! Customer service is on point. Hoping they stay like this-!! It works for them and works for us the notaries. Their fees are reasonable for once-!! Hoping if we support them more platforms will follow and realize if they keep taking advantage of us they will loose us-!
Definately signing up with this platform and use the hybrid option. Per their email to me...we get copies if we bring our own clients, BUT not if we do the on demand we do not get copies. so if you bring ur own loan signing then you can print a copy to the title or lender no problem. And the copies are held in your journal for 1 year for BYOC-! The videos 10 years.

The Notarize Genie tutorial video was fantastic and really was comprehensive on how to maneuver through the platform. Do you happen to know of or have a comprehensive video for Blue Notary ? I have looked all over UA-cam to find a video that really explained and showed me how to complete a signing on Blue Notary. Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciate it. Thank you once again for everything.
But how much traffic is there for on demand, because that seems to be an issue on every hybrid platform. If theres almost no on demand clients, why bother?
@princessdeathray While we are new to the game, we are consistently onboarding new businesses so we expect our on-demand sessions to increase. Also, this is the beauty of our free package! You can sign up at no cost to you and still be eligible to take on-demand sessions.

How do we prepare for the assessment? Does it require previous RON experience?
It’s super straightforward. It’s mainly just general questions about performing notarizations.
I would like to sign up when the are accepting NSA's from Arizona again
I am NNA certified (I think since I recently paid to become a member) but I am a brand new Notary in Virginia (rookie). Is that the same as what you mentioned on this video in order to sign up for this platform? This platform sounds ideal, would you recommend it to rookies? I also only paid for $25k insurance so I guess I’ll have to up it, right?
@mzzbev We welcome people of all experience levels and believe our platform is easy to use, so no prior RON experience is needed! If you want to take on-demand transactions from our platform, you will need to increase your E&O insurance to $100,000.

I wanna do pro, but maybe it would be best if I get notary first and get my feet wet abit.
I always recommend starting with the free version of a platform- make sure you have enough clients before going to a paid version

Hi there, thank you for the wonderful information, I am brand new to Notarize Genie, I am a RON Certified Notary, I am working on getting signed up with NG. I am having to sign up with Identitrust which seems to be required? I don't remember you mentioning that, just wanted to ask. Thank you so much!

Great question! You have to be in the state you’re commissioned in unfortunately. But shout out for the subtle flex of having an overseas vacation home lol

NNA offers it as an add on when you sign up, but I don't know if you can increase it through them if you already have an account.
