When doing any kind of upper body weight lifting, I learnt from Mr. Mike Van how to move my neck. It carries onto other activities to; such as boxing, grappling, other sports etc. etc. It also made weight lifting allot more enjoyable for me. I can't believe for YEARS my neck was a stiff pile of shit (when lifting weights). Gotta give credit to the right people!!!!! That shit is important.
My wife needs to watch this video about “moving her neck more”
@@richardpanini971 Obviously you are joking, and that you genuinely love your wife (hopefully). I wish you the best Mr. anonymous online person.
Walk like an Egyptian

Another awesome video. Thanks Mike
Hey Mike could you please do a how-to series on lifts that you see many people doing wrong? I know this is the whole point of your channel but recently I’ve noticed I click on a video and it’s a rant about something completely different. Basically I’m asking for you start over from the basics and teach us how to lift properly.🙏🏻
BEST TRAINER IN THE GAME !
No he’s not the best trainer. take a guess who trained Phil Heath and rethink what you said.
Thanks Coach
I appreciate your content Mike 💪🏼💯
That’s what I keep telling my wife.. wait what are we talking about?
I like them shoes!
Same, I wanna know what they are lol.
Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 860v2 ‘Orange’

Wait. . .everything isn't about me?
Big tattooed bald man with starbucks at thr gym lmao
Letsss gooo 💪🏼
Even though I’m a small guy (5’6” 190) compared to a big dick bandit like Mike, I still struggle with snoring and CPAP was a game changer! Although you may not be a mass monster I’m pretty jacked for the average person and have a thick neck from wrestling and suspect that’s why I snore! Never happened before bodybuilding but who knows
5’6 190 is pretty massive. Your average slim build 5’6 dude is probably like 130-140
@@shaqitup i was ab to say that isn't too bad at all lmao
I'm commenting
Rock on muscle
did you fire alora for political reasons?
no comment yet?
no good ones at least
Mike is as big as he is because all the gear he took and his past hard-core workout methods, not because of the way he trains now. Mike’s body since he’s been on UA-cam hasn’t changed he’s gain nothing,He’s just maintaining and that’s what his workouts are for.
What about all the top level people he trains??
@@jamesstrickley good question can you tell me his client list? I know I’m jumping to conclusion, but everyone who’s winning today in bodybuilding on every level I don’t hear his name being mentioned. my main go to for bodybuilding information is Nick strength and power. I still don’t hear his name.
What's wrong with Mike helping us and saving our tendons and joints by learning from the mistakes he made and maintaining muscle by training smart ?
@@markdeshields1035he has videos of people who train with him. Maybe not all the time but, they come and they learn
Unless you put the work in using these methods, you can't say whether they work or not. You're just chatting shite in comments ye knacker
@@myronullman4283 absolutely nothing wrong with it I use his methods for warm-ups and finishing set, after my major movements
Meh I dont care for the barely audible questions being delivered, at least have subtitles like Godzilla Minus One
😂
sweating like a 🐷
I got a CPAP machine. I can't stand it. I tried so many times. Changed the head strap and nozzle. It made breathing harder for me; like I was straining to breathe. So I just stopped using it.
Uhhh if u got one, isn't there a reason why u needed one in the first place? That means ur aren't getting good sleep without one. My friend Died from a slew of health issues, particularly heavy weight and high stress. There was those scary moments you see them sleeping and it's like they are struggling to breathe until their body jolts them to gasp for air.
