When doing any kind of upper body weight lifting, I learnt from Mr. Mike Van how to move my neck. It carries onto other activities to; such as boxing, grappling, other sports etc. etc. It also made weight lifting allot more enjoyable for me. I can't believe for YEARS my neck was a stiff pile of shit (when lifting weights). Gotta give credit to the right people!!!!! That shit is important.

Hey Mike could you please do a how-to series on lifts that you see many people doing wrong? I know this is the whole point of your channel but recently I’ve noticed I click on a video and it’s a rant about something completely different. Basically I’m asking for you start over from the basics and teach us how to lift properly.🙏🏻

Even though I’m a small guy (5’6” 190) compared to a big dick bandit like Mike, I still struggle with snoring and CPAP was a game changer! Although you may not be a mass monster I’m pretty jacked for the average person and have a thick neck from wrestling and suspect that’s why I snore! Never happened before bodybuilding but who knows

Mike is as big as he is because all the gear he took and his past hard-core workout methods, not because of the way he trains now. Mike’s body since he’s been on UA-cam hasn’t changed he’s gain nothing,He’s just maintaining and that’s what his workouts are for.

I got a CPAP machine. I can't stand it. I tried so many times. Changed the head strap and nozzle. It made breathing harder for me; like I was straining to breathe. So I just stopped using it.

Uhhh if u got one, isn't there a reason why u needed one in the first place? That means ur aren't getting good sleep without one. My friend Died from a slew of health issues, particularly heavy weight and high stress. There was those scary moments you see them sleeping and it's like they are struggling to breathe until their body jolts them to gasp for air.
