Knights (without charge) Vs Infantry in this movie ua-cam.com/video/YBs4a4Io49I/v-deo.html
Welcome back :)
They are not OP, it's how knights should be, and they are very expensive, it's no wonder they were so favored in reality, they are simply anti-infantry, and were very resistant to crossbow also, something showed in stronghold 2.What should be good against knights is the MACEMEN, and even then they should have problems.Because concussion(mace damage) is better against knights than than worthless poke spears
the ultimative anti Knight weapon tho is the halberd. You cold stab the horse or the Rider, you can toss hin from the horse with the hook and smash hin with the axe blade. Just Brutal
Problem is, Halber got invented around 1300-1400 so a Bit later than Stronghold takes place.
This little itch always Freaks me out.
@@borbarad2.0 considering the Fullplated Knights which were more common from 1400-1500 than 1300, you could argue that halberds can be inclouded
@@dragonlord4643 in SHC und SH2 there are Dates give on the screen, if thoose weren't no problem but playing somewhen 1100 with a Unit called Pikemen and that Unit using an Halberd and not a Pike is the little Detail i somehow cant live with.
I think ur knight kill the lord because he had a horse, i haven't played it in long time but I remember it took 2 knights to kill a lord.
they were billion...
Why....
This video took a lot of time.
Took about 10 minutes actually, I just wanted to take a break
@@Jefflenious yeah i was just saying that try to upload more frequently
It is strange to see videos of stronghold in 2022 D: but yeah ... The knights are too unbalanced. Just a little bug in an ocean of bugs that is the game, but we love it expecially for these bugs xD
Quite accurate
Perfectly balanced game
sh 2 knight is the best knight
Knights in thia game are too powerful! This is really not a good balance with its cheap money and honor!
Wow
That armor is actually a really good armor
No fantacy crap no great helm no fudal armor just a good old 15th century plate armor
Funny a old a§§ game has better details than almost all the games these days
yo
Hi
Hey! Long time no see
I was just scrolling thorugh youtube and your video just pops up and i was like Jefflenious! 😆💪
❤️
Peasant are best ...
Yeah really the horses have same hp with a lord🤣
But crossbows stocking on top of each other with catapults and fire (fire bug the most annoying thing in the game )counter solo knight so easily
Multiplayer army composition for the player that has the estate is horsesrchers + mantlets + Knights
For the player not having the estate
1.same type of army with trebuchets on your base or 2. crossbow spam with mantlets and fewer knights and the strategy of stocking army on top of each other and abusung fire bug to harass the estate
Crossbows with catapults eat knights for breakfast
Also you should consider that the cost of knights are ridiculous compare to other troops and the mass need of stable (5 early game in a pro match and ip to 9-10 in mid game is a lot of money ans only bread eco with estate can support that
And also this should be acknowledged that knights with out horse are shocking
I've never played Stronghold 2 online but that's what I thought
Crossbowmen + Knights and horse archers sounded like the dream unit comp
What's the fire bug btw?
@@Jefflenious thats a good combo but you cannot harras with just that either ha and knight or ha crossbow and like 15 knights
Fire abuse is to train some fire carts then select them and move it some where and while the cart is moving click the attack bottom down right and constantly click on a tree on the map :) rest is history
(Siege cam and putting bakeries on sleep with likr 20 mantlet and 5-6 fire cart going for and army is devastating
And thats why assasing placememt is so key because they are invisible you scatter some of them like 3-4 in front of your army so the enemy cannot place a siege camp close to your army because when he click to place it
It says to close to enemy

Out dated economy (it can be a lot better but the main way to play is this on the eco part) dm me and i will send you some more gold
@@Jefflenious being a high level pro in crusader 2 and almost a pro in sh2 and playing all the stronghods
Sh2 is by far the best game when the game was alive (2011-2013) the golden era 😍😍it was insane 6 pro host minimum
😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
oh so that's why no one plays Stronghold 2
First like:)
Chad
Yeah but the voicelines🤮
Stronghold 2 was just bad
This game is imbalance, how come a pointy stick can't kill. For all I know pointy stick have conquer half of the world. Along pointy stick conquer the whole world.
