I think spearmen would be more of a challenge, because slaves start fires, and castle fires are an equivalent of a nuke in this game. If im ever struggling with some opponents i just pop a few fire ballistas, and special forces unit of 20 swordsmen with 5 green bonus - and the game becomes just too easy.
They had no armor and a lot of them ran to their deaths in the fire and you still suffered less casualties than the British on the First Day of the Somme 💀
Jeff please if you want a real challenge win every 20 matches of Crusader HD Extreme without the magic bar. I've tried to do it and managed all of the except for 3;The last two and the host. It was crazy hard
It was obious that it was going to be easy. Maximum level Slaves outposts are actually the strongest in the game except maybe the archers.it's nearly impossible to destroy them without siege engines and magic bar
