Ha!!! Definitely true for me. But I tell everyone that since my birthday is February 15th I expect twice as much chocolate. Hasn't worked yet but I'll keep dreaming. Or just buy it myself! But alas I actually have to watch eating too much sugar because I have fibromyalgia & it can cause a flareup in pain.
@@ClairesCraftyCorner Normally I'm not really into flowers. But I just realized I can enjoy them & then dry them for my resin. Hopefully they'll be on sale that day. Especially since I kind of treated myself to teexpert gallon of resin. It was on sale for $60 & came with a giant thick silicone mat for free. Normally $29. So there's going to hopefully be a lot of projects in my future. Honestly I'm not really a big fan of more than the occasional chocolate & I have finally learned not to bring home sweets unless I plan to just eat it.

Claire, I would love to see you do the trinket trays and incorporate some lace into it. I want to try that and I would like to see how you would do it.
Hi Claire, you’re my inspiration for trying Jesmonite craft ideas, the vdos are so explanatory & your lessons learnt with candid opinions are appreciated. Thank you !
These are absolutely adorable! I'm not sure why working with Jesmonite kind of intimidates me. Hopefully someday I'll put on my big girl panties and just give it a try!
Hi Claire I have watched a lot of your videos which have been very helpful as I am new to using jesmonite. I have made two chopping boards which have come out good for my 1st effort.
You have got me hooked gone back onto my hydroflo have you ever used glitter mixed into your jestmonite I have then sanded them they turned out great xx

Beautiful Claire! I get cement under my inlays also from shimming bubbles. Do you think I need a thicker layer or let it cure completely? You are the best teacher!
Hello Claire, I love your jesmonite videos. They inspire me to try your technique with AquaCast and ResiCrete. Have you done any experiments with either of these two products?
Hi Claire, Super sweet loved them both really loved the idea of the Clear feet Claire, Please can you tell me can you use the clear feet on a finished Piece of resin ?? Thanks 👍❤️✨
@jayelleart2194 ohhh he got caught in a Bramble on our walk in the woods 😢😢💔💔 It ripped his Claw out 💔 I was in pieces ... but its a common injury apparently x didn't know this x
@@ClairesCraftyCorner I would be in pieces too. Poor little guy. Hope he heals up quickly. My cat was born without a back foot. Every time she hits it while running, I cringe, but she doesn’t seem to feel a thing. It’s a bit funny to see her run. She has the whole leg but not the foot so she kind of hops like a bunny and the back leg without the foot goes out to the side with every “jump/step”. She’s 14 and still runs like she 6 months old 😂 Sending healing hugs to Georges. ❤️
Loving your vids. I’m new to Jesmonite and they are a god send! Just wondering what are your thoughts on natural wax sealant? Does it still work? Are there any limitations using that over the acrylic one? Thanks!
Love these!! I have Jesmonite but no pigment yet. I can't buy it locally and it's not supposed to freeze because it could get damaged. I think I'm just going to go for it and use acrylic paint go colour it.

Hello Claire, one question the color pigment that u added to make the hearts and dots, did you add it to the liquid part only or it was liquid & solid part?
I had a problem with the plastic dots when I was making resin coasters. When I stacked them I found that they would stick to the resin underneath the dots and I pulled them apart they left a little matte circle where the dots had been stuck. So I went from plastic to cork. What problems did you have with the cork ones?
Ohhhhh yeh they are not so great with Resin .. the resin would need a proper month long cure to ensure no marks are left xx also you could stack your resin coasters facing eachother if that makes sense xxx I didnt have any problems with Cork .. its just not ideal for damp environments xx
@@ClairesCraftyCorner If I needed a whole month for resin to cure I would have to have everything made by October so I could put feet on them. That doesn’t work with my procrastinator personality but cork wouldn’t look good a sheer coaster. What is a girl to do? Maybe put a little package of feet in the package for buyer to put on later?
