E4 is out now! Can Ross Edgley do the unthinkable? Can he swim around the entire mainland of Great Britain? Welcome to the Great British Swim.
After one of the toughest sporting weeks of his life, Ross needs to dig deeper than ever to get through the pain and crack on with the Great British Swim. He’s also joined on his travels buy some curious sea creatures…
Tongue woes, nose stings and (rhino) neck callouses. Week four into the swim and things aren’t getting any easier. But in true Strongman fashion, that isn’t stopping anything. Bonus special appearance by the Jellyfish King.
Through weekly vlogs and live broadcasts of the voyage, we want to leave you feeling motivated and ready as ever for your next big challenge. The Great British Swim pushes the boundaries of what the human body is capable of. How can you embody this test for yourself?
Ross Edgley’s ‘The Worlds Fittest Book’ is being backed up in a big way with this ultimate test. Oh - and for context? “It’s the equivalent of swimming the English Channel every day.”

Ross, I so wish you could come back to the Port of Southampton and inspire some of the Homeless guys I go out on the streets of Southampton and feed. As an ex Round the World Yachtsman myself I know what over coming adversity feels like. That amazing sense of achievement after so much focus. Respect!
