Beautiful choreography, perfect execution, good technique, but i feel like you could have made a better connection with your partner. Still this was an amazingly wonderful, and stunning performance . The energy you put into this is absolutely marvelous. Definitely a performance worth watching more than once. :) I wish UA-cam still had the old rating system, but five stars none the less!
I love the Tango form...the walking away, the coming back, the stalking, the seduction, the implied violence. I almost embarrassed to admit it. But it is so perfect in the complimentarity of the traditional masculine and the feminine roles. I'm not saying I think this is the way real life should be--far from it--but as stylized in art and dance, it is invigorating and difficult to resist!
i'm doing a coreography to this song for the Moulin Rouge musical... o m g. this is gonna be so hard. but this couple are AMAZING. woah. i'm inspired. :)

didnt they have a group dance to this song...i remember going to a competion and seeing a studio do this song with a lot of people...im pretty sure it was DP.....huh...well if anyone knows what studio im talking about please tell me thanks :)
This is really good quality of work, but I think it's a little too flashy-flashy. Too much going on at one time. =/ But bravo for a great performance. Even four years late, I applaud these people's efforts.
LOVE the choreography - it twins my soul =] the girl was great, nailing points and attaching emotion but the male seemed a step behind on the performance level, you could tell where his areas of difficulty were starting with the lack of facial and emotional connection to the girl, the song, the passionate motion of the music.
i was commenting that there are different ways to wind and he was winding like a girl - when you watch tango dances yes the men wind but they still manage to look quite masculine throughout their routine.
Dear God that got my heart racing! Amazing and so graceful! A bit more passion would have been nice though. Take it as constructive criticism. You have the moves; now put a little more feeling into it. Overall job well done!
naty3xr is right,, the boy partner looks flimsy... try to watch it again... and observed his shoulder that makes him looks feminine..... but great dance.... and lifts too
@BleachandFMAFan No it's not. I adore Moulin Rouge and, although that is where they got the music from, it is not in any way the Moulin Rouge version. They took the song and cut it up into the awful audio track that they were dancing to. It makes me sad that they would butcher such a beautiful song like that.

Yea i agree, but the girl was slightly more musical and understood her charecter more. The boy forgot himself I think during some of the more intense partnering points, and didn't really do as much as the girl as far as technique. Good for being in high school though.
nah no passion he is all shoulders and very effeminate. she is all raunch and has great attack but he kills it. The small pouty mouth he does has no leer which is required for this version of tango. he needs stronger more masculine lines he is kinda pole dancy thru shoulders and rolling upper body
she was actually stunning all of her movements were so crisp my jaw was on the floor
