Always happy to see people making it happen. Wishing this fella the best in all his endeavors. My brothers and I are about to start our trucking business and this motivates me heavy! Shout out truck n hustle with the 🔥 interviews. One day you'll be interviewing my bros and I. 💯
A bunch of gems in here I've been looking to get started with my own company now I'm going to get my dot stuff out the way so when I get my truck I'm ready to go
Thanks for this great interview. Currently in the process of establishing my own trucking business and been learning a lot of game from all your interviews. Started doing white glove opportunities with my partners but we had to learn and move to find our own lane. Thanks for all the great stories and will love to work with you one day in the future one day. Stay blessed and thanks for all the great content.
And the vans he used where Mercedes which are $30k and the vans that Amazon uses. There are only two in the last mile delivery with package opportunities. High roof vans can be used with any delivery or freight. FedEx Critical and Amazon DSP. Only difference is FedEx is easier.
I doubt they’ll ever commit to doing all the delivery’s themselves. That would be like if they decided to only sale there own products or private labels
They have way to much volume. They cant even hire that many people, nor keep that many people. Amazon turnover is outrageous, they fire and hire so many people.
This guy is all over the place. I cant follow his story. How he go from 1 to 10 trucks. Then he said he was working Amazon Relay, then he said Amazon denied him.
Guys, only half way through this interview and ALREADY know it's one of the best and most informative out there. Thanks guys !!

No company buys anyway. They lease with Ford, Mercedes and rent with Penske or Ryder.
So did he lease all of his trucks
What is the profit margin should I be looking for
Is it possible to make a living with a box truck and still be home several nights a week?
I had to pause this like every 10m to Google the ways to make in a sprinter
