Keep in mind that while avoiding the sun is effective in slowing the effects of aging and preventing skin cancer, there is a trade-off: all-cause mortality rises. I guess that means my regimen is working! I have however lost a lot of density at the top of my head which I mask by using a pomade and sweeping my hair back and to the side. It also seems that my hairline is receding evenly across the front. Not a lot, but enough for me to notice. I think this pattern of hairloss has to do with my asian ethnicity (my mom is Chinese). Male pattern hairloss in asian individuals supposedly more closely resembles female pattern hair loss with leas prevalent frontal-temporal recession. In addition, each individual hair is thicker in asian individuals. I would guess that these two factors make my hairloss easier to mask than others.
You shouldn't brush your teeth up and down, I was told by my dentist that the right way is to only brush in direction to the end of the teeth, that way you don't get food stuck in your gums
plot twist: he is 53 years old anyway, in all seriousness, I thought electric toothbrush removing more plaque than manual hadn't really necessarily been proven. Spoke to a few dentists who use both in alternance to benefit from both in absence of a clear winner. My impression was that a manual toothbrush is just as good if used properly

My dental hygienist was so impressed by my results that she got excited and told me she was sharing it with the dentists and her patients. 6 months later I asked her about it and I was told that the head dentist shut her down and she wouldn't tell me why.

Im not a dermatologist but that sounds solid! Spf 35 is good. For antiaging you could consider graduating to a stronger retinoid. Retinol is one of the weakest retinoids.The best evidence for anti aging is for tretinoin which is a strong retinoid. It does cause more irritation however.
Hey I am a pharmacy student, and I found it pretty interesting that we take the same exact drug stack what a coincidence. Anyway, you might want to look into agomelatine a melatonergic antidepressant which I also use ob top of my bupropion to set my circiadian clock. It is a really interesting drug would love to hear your thoughts on it

Does eating food right before taking or during taking finasteride or Dutasteride specifically vegan foods (beans,quinoa, etc.) affect the effectiveness or absorption of these drugs? I’m curious because I am vegan and doesn’t fiber affect absorption/effectiveness of meds just not top sure if this is true with these two drugs.

When taken at therapeutic doses, i dont believe that antidepressants are neurotoxic. Untreated depression on the other hand seems to shrink the hippocampus and places the individual at greater risk of experiencing additional depressive episodes
I would believe that chronic anxiety disorders cause similar damage to the brain. In the context of mental illness, i would imagine that taking an antidepressant (if indicated, effective etc) would be neuroprotective

I assume you obviously do lots of reading and study. How do you deal with the brainfog aspect of finasteride? I feel like I have trouble reading/concentrating on fin. Did you have any such sides

I try and wear sunscreen indoors as well! That being said, I found out recently that I have rosacea so my skin is probably more delicate than yours!

Did you get watery semen from finasteride? I didn't have any sexual sides but did notice watery semen
