@@doomgirl5341 thing is... i had a really bad habit of asking my mom to _constantly_ refund games that were good or at least decent when i was younger, i guess i was enjoying Shattered Dimensions quite a bit but i guess the only levels i didn't like were 2099's because i was extremely bad at them, i hadn't even gotten to battle scorpion which is a shame, if it were today i probably would've given it a fair chance and finally get to finish it for good but eh... it is what it is
I always loved the Noir segments. I was so used to shabbily done stealth segments, but I got borderline giddy zipping just over lines of sight, dropping from above just to drag an unsuspecting goon back up with me, and that first Hammerhead fight with the mounted gatling gun gave me more adrenaline than any actually difficult fight. I did hate getting those required battles and chase segments, because the stealth was so much fun
Always will be funny to me how, if memory serves me right, this game is the only example I can think of where 616 Peter and 1610 Peter ever met! Surprised Marvel didn't take an opportunity to pit the two against one another in some form in the 2000's until the Spider-Men crossover, which I believe came out a year after this game. I liked this silly little video a bunch, excited for the Miguel video!

I would say I love this game, the only reason I can’t is because I haven’t played it, Ive been looking to play it but like I’m not rich and I don’t feel like buying a Xbox 360 or something else to play one game. On a different note I love the ideas especially the characterization of the Spidermen, and I have seen some complaints about how characters are characterized like 2099 and how he has this egotistical personality but idk it’s just a different take on a character and that’s interesting. Ultimate's world looks like an HD port of the 2005 game that features him, I kind of wished they got the voice actor for peter in that game to voice him since I don't see Ultimate in any other voice.

I hear a lot of conflicted feelings for this game when it came to the punch out first person bits of the boss fights. Personally, I enjoyed them but specifically because I played this game through the wii version which uses the wiimote’s motion controls to fight which to me felt awesome and immersive when I was younger and I still think is a cool little part of the wii version of this game. One more thing, is that it’s also one of the better looking ports of an hd game to the wii.

Some of the most fun I’ve had with this game was slamming a coffee, putting on a metal playlist, and tearing through DeadPool’s level. A sand box of smashing and bashing shit. 😂🎉
