How to use an Induction Cooktop by Copper Chef

  • In this video I explain how to get started using the Copper Chef Induction Cooktop. These cooktops are very useful especially for someone going camping. They can easily be used in place of a stove or oven.

    Will the induction burner work with any pot or does it have to be a pot made by Copper Chef? I see 2 other people asked similar questions. So yes, it would work best with the pot that comes with the burner but what if you dont have the pot,only the burner? A copper pot would work? Or an induction compatible pot as you say to one viewer but how can one tell an induction compatible pot from one that isnt?

    Can a stainless pot work or does it have to be copper.

      Works best with induction compatible pots. Here is a link with some good information

      We have only used it with the included pan. Copper seems to react to it very well
