It sure is Ned. Seems to me that on the continent you have far better roads (exception Germany as moe knows!) and more pleasent people. I loved driving in Spain. Used to go down through Bordeaux on for San Sebastian, to places like Pamplona, Tarragona, Madrid, Valencia etc. Great weather, Great Roads, Great driving. Hi Ned another great video. When you mentioned about the heavy curtains, reminded me of Monty's old mega trailers. They had metal bars in them which made them a nightmare to open & close... Keep safe & have a great Christmas.

Watching all those pallets going on that high cube,do you not have to strap everything Ned? In the UK mainland,you get caught with a curtainsider DVSA leaches will fine you £80 for every pallet not strapped. I had 10 years on night trunk double deck 16' high curtainsiders,now on artic tippers and apart from the odd bit of mud,don't miss getting wet and cold on the curtainsider,then Sat damp driving for 4 hours!!! Lovely....not!

Trucker Ned Kelly I know Ned,that's why I gave up and went back on the tippers.Im sorry but made me laugh at the end when you ripped the bumper off,our G series units all have them and we do a lot of off road and quarry work,have to keep dropping the air on the drive axle to raise the nose,especially going up weighbridge ramps. Nice to see Moes still a gobshite! Would expect anything else from him. Still like to know how you get him to sit up on the dash.....or is he "hiding" the hand brake lever!!!! Stay safe out there and have a trucking good week.
In Australia,(well New South Wales) the fine is $280.00 per pallet not strapped down.
I think that would work out at (about) somewhere around 180 Pounds in your money!!
