Ugh i know the feeling i dropped out at the start of 6th and i want to get myself on the right track again and it's so hard to understand .-. Some of it is really easy but the rest i just can't understand
THANK YOU SO MUCH!- I’ve been searching the internet trying to find help on this mysterious subject. I “learned” it earlier this year but then I transferred school and lost all my notes on the subject. It’s been appearing in my daily math problems and I’ve been avoiding it! Thank you again!
One and only Bleach I learned this in 7th Grade IN AMERICA! So yeah.... It's determined by the District not the country. I think you should have known that.
For those Pope,e who don’t understand why they need this listen to me. If there are 160 houses, Houses with 1 room 2 rooms and 3 rooms There are 2 times more 2 roomed houses then 1 roomed houses, And 24 less then 3 roomed houses solve this. You can’t well this will help you in life This is how to solve it: X + 2x +x +24=160 4x=160-24 X=136:4 x = 34 There are 34 one roomed houses, 68 2 roomed houses and 58 3 roomed houses. You see? This is why you need this in life
SO. (Using very first example in video) 1. You want to get the variables on the side that won't go or go as far below zero if you were to subtract all variables from that side, it's easier to work with whole numbers than negative numbers. In this case, subtract the 6x from the left and take it away from the 8x, making the problem 3 = 2x - 21 2. Now that you've created a one-step equation now, you need to get the variables on the right side alone, without the - 21. To do this, just add 21 to the - 21 on the right side, and add 21 to the 3 on the left side. Making the equation 24 = 2x. (Remember, what you do to one side you must do to the other.) 3. Now you can simplify, 2 goes into 24 twelve times, so your answer is 12 = x. Hope this helps!
Andrew Sauli well actually we learned the version of 3x+2=4 or something and in seventh grade we’re learning an even more complicated version of this videos examples like -5(12x+5)=2(-3x+7) I’m not in 8th grade yet but if this is 8th grade math it’s not in my school
Angle 1 and Angle 2 are complementary. The measure if angle 1 is 5x-2 and the measure of angle 2 is 3x-4. What us the value of x and the measure of angle 1 and 2?
its sad how you might not see this comment due to the fact this was posted 10 years ago but TYYTYTYYTYTYTYT FOR THIS I HAD TO COPY OFF MY PARTNER ALL THE TIME

I’m in seventh grade trying to learn more difficult math from a grade ahead of me aka 8th grade and I see this....we learned this around the beginning of the year and the simple version of for example 5x-2=8 in 6th grade this wasn’t too helpful for me..
People are saying why they learn this in 8 no I remember learning this in 7th grade in the us Probably it got to be with what school you go or district
It seems a lot more interesting on UA-cam than in a classroom.

Thank you I learned more with this than my whole year of school
I was seriously struggling with equations this year in school, my mom told me to study so i found this video and for some reason it really helped
this totally made every thing so much easier to understand in math
This is the first comment in this video... nice
dude I learned this in Brazil in 7th grade, what's up with America's education?
One and only Bleach
I live in America and I learned this in the begging of 7th grade. It's the school district not the country.
One and only Bleach when I was young I was in a private school where you first have to pass a test to join. of course I was 14 when I graduated

at the 2a=4 you also could of subtracted 2 from each side also and got the same thing instead of dividing.right?
I learned this in 5th grade

I learned this in 7th Grade.... But still great vid though!
