Amazing video. Im helping a 16 yo ex swimmer who have had a lot of problems. The biggest is or was uneven strength from left to right Glutes, wich also impacted lower back muscles. I hear you say do it on both sides. Would you recommend extra streatch on the "siff" side and extra volume of strenght on the weaker side? I know that we are not supposed to be exactly 50/50 left to right.
I love your material and one of your stretches really helped me. But I often view your content and don't do the stretch because it's so random. Could I suggest a course on stretching, especially for people 40-plus? I would pay for it and make time to practice it. Just the most important stretches.
I watched this video earlier and had to come back to comment. I had the audacity to cough 3 days ago and something in my lower back gave out, I collapsed in my garage, and was unable to walk or even support my own weight for 2 days. I was trying all sorts of stretches that I could manage and nothing was working so I gave up. Today I couldn’t handle the throbbing pain and the inability to take care of myself I looked up this video and after doing the ballet stretch twice on each side I just walked across my house with little to no pain, not full strides yet but the pain relief I’ve felt is incredible. Thank you for these videos
Thank you Dr. Rowe there are many great reasons why you have 3 million followers.😊 Cheers and thanks for having the Exact exercises for our pain relief when we need it most!
I discovered your channel today from 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 My smucle pain along my spine had reached all of a sudden at 9/10 on either side if my spibe in the middle, not at the pelvis or lower hips.Whiile lying down, changing my posture in sleep, getting down from bed, or on standing up from bed to go to washroom. Your demonstration of how to do exercises is awesome. I am extremely thankful to you and your team. I can sense the relaxation in my some if the muscles, though I have started it just today. ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏👌👏👍
I'm a very active person (yoga, HIIT 4-6x/week) who sits most of the day at my work computer. I developed QL pain about a year ago with very slow decrease in pain with mobility exercises. I just attempted the "ballerina" stretch and had immediate relief. Definitely going to keep doing each day. Thank you so much!
Thanks again, man! Your previous clips on SI joint and sciatica relief already helped me a lot with my chronic SI instability, but I had kind of reached a ceiling in terms of progress. I just tried the "ballerina" exercise and got the most relieving pop on the right side in a long time. It's been a while since I felt so flexible!
WOW I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!!I I woke up this morning and did my usual toe touches and halfway down my back just started hurting, oh and it hurt, bad. After these stretches I'm about 90% better,I was afraid I was gonna return to work hurting and slower. Its my 5th day at a new job so it ment so much ,THANKS AGAIN, YOUR A LIFE SAVER!!👍👍👍
Thank you! I woke up with back pain… Don’t even know how I got there. Didn’t have pain the day before! Just finished the series of exercises, so hopefully tomorrow will a pain free day
The standing uneven leg exercise lifting the leg makes perfect sense because when I have ever get sudden lower back pain it is usually caused when I step on uneven ground unexpectedly.
Hey doc, wanted to tell you I am grateful for your videos, especially the one you did for sciatica awhile ago. I am 37 & have dealt with a lifetime of pain from many injuries as a child/ teen including breaking my femur in half in a car accident when I was 9. Dx degenerative disk disease, facet arthropathy, spinaI & foraminal stenosis, annular bulges & was recently diagnosed with abnormal straightening of lumbar curve. I was wondering if you could possibly do a video for this. I'm not sure how common it is, but figured I'd ask. Thanks for teaching us, you help a lot of people. God bless you.
Highly helpful. Thank you so much. I was suffering from low back pain in right side due to excessive driving. The ballerina and Superman and clamshell helped me a lot.
Thank you so much for this video. I bathed my 45 pond 6 mo puppy. She was very hard to handle and I strained my Lowe back and hips. I will keep working on these exercises. I am not very strong in my core. Hopefully I can get stronger with your videos. My husband found you for me. 🤗❤
@@brucecushing1331 Wild, right? I was shocked at how uncommon it is. I had a microdiscectomy L4-L5 (I think L3) and a laminectomy maybe 8 years ago. My ortho mentioned it, just saying that one day, it’s very likely to suddenly cause issues. He sent me to the hip doc and found other issues. I moved, and new doc had it on the report, but said nothing. If I can ever afford to get back to all the docs I need to see, I want to get off this walker. I can only stand maybe 10 minutes at a time, and I’m 53 and was an avid cyclist. He does plan on using pain relief shots to isolate what is coming from that S1, from the grinding of L4-L5, and what is muscle issue. How are you doing? Have you found a treatment that helps? Sorry for the rambling!
Thank you so so much Dr!! I woke up this morning and my lower back just gave up. I couldn't move without a walking stick and was in great pain. I did the ballet strecth and the one that looked like a penguin, and I already feel much better!!
Another absolutely fantastic video for hip/lower back pain. This is my therapy, this man and his videos. I have suffered with Sciatica, Psoas and lower back pain for years. This is literally a miracle, like a magic pill. I cannot go to bed without doing these exercises, this relieves the pain immediately. Thank you, thank you. #Amazing
Dr. Rowe thank you again...not sure of what's happening to me, maybe I'm over exercising. Initially your video for the piriformis helped a lot, but stopped having an effect and the area of pain got bigger upwards then I found this video and it gave me great relief. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist in a month and see how it goes...I wake up pretty much disabled and it takes me several mins to be able to get up😢
Thank you so much doctor. I was having lower back pain from last two days and facing difficulties while sitting and bending over. But Superman exercise helped me a lot.
Thank you so much for these exercises. I was just thinking about visiting a chiropractor soon. I will see how these exercises work for the time being for my lower back pain
Have you ever considered putting these exercises in a booklet for sale? I'm going to have to watch these videos a good number of times to remember each exercise. A booklet with photos of each step would be oh so helpful. I really need these exercises. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for what you are doing. Many people will be helped.
thank you doctor micheal you're a life saver ive suffered from lower back pain for few months now and these exrcise/stretching helped me allot. I really appriciate that. God bless you

Most of the exercise you say, helps me..but man this superman pose just killed me...first I felt pressure then a pain like hell...it killed all I fixed before...now I am happy to move with painkiller...I need few days to recover...just a feedback....thanks for all other exercise :-)
