- Protestors took to the streets in Uptown Charlotte Saturday calling for a ceasefire in Palestine.
This was just one of the many rallies that took place across the country - all a part of the “Millions March for Palestine.”

Last month, we blocked a highway on-ramp and eleven were arrested. Yesterday, we marched and shut down the main street in the capitol. Vote Cornel West for president!

But the beginning of this piece, as the reporter spoke of conflict between Israel and Hamas, showed two images of tanks, giving a false impression that these are two evenly matched armies, and even that this is a coventional war. All the tanks are on Israel's side. So are all the planes and bombs. This is not a conflict, it's a slaughter. Subtle attempts at misinformation are irresponsible.
