This video will show you the conclusion to my arrest SAGA and its not what a lot of you were expecting. I also had to leave out a hell of a lot of legal documents because there was just so much of it and if included then the SAGA would have gone into parts 4, 5 and probably 6 too.

So, we have ANOTHER UK auditor helping the police establish the fact that they can search and arrest ANYONE they want without any consequences. This auditor obviously picked the first solicitor that rang him up to take the case for free. Pathetically stupid. I’d rather the auditor monetize his channel so that he can pay an actual solicitor to handle the cases. Otherwise, his auditing is actually DAMAGING our rights.

You have to report the solicitor to The Law Society. From his comments to you it is clear that he took on your case on the assumption that the police would settle out of court. As a consequence, he did no work and did not prepare for court and follow their procedures. When it became obvious that the police would fight the case he had left it too late and probably wasn't going to risk the cost of paying for a barrister and the police barrister, should he lose. If he thought it was going to court he would have made you take out an insurance at a modest price. This covers his costs. The reason that the police proceeded to court is probably because of your medical claim. The wrongful arrest is one thing but damages because of pain and aggravation of a health condition, with possible long-lasting consequences is another. If the Law Society finds against the solicitor but cannot award you damages I would enquire as to whether there are solicitors prepared to sue another.

This is what happens when you start litigation. My company spent half a million and 4 years in litigation that ended up in High Court London. As those 4 years progressed the legality spiralled out of control. Our first solititor spiralled a £800 letter of claim to £32000 ( we never paid that). Our second saw us through but by the time the barrister got involved our original complaint had morphed. I had no idea what we were arguing during those 5 days in front of a judge.
Your video is a good example of how disconnected you can become from your original complaint once the legal professionals get involved.

I’m so sorry that you didn’t get the justice you deserved due to the incompetent solicitor. The police lawyers obviously knew he was a ‘no win no fee’ cowboy solicitor who just relies on out of court settlements to get his commission, so they obviously called his bluff. With regards the police lawyers saying that if a cop believes in their mind you are guilty of the offence then that is sufficient for you to be found guilty, is absolute nonsense, because a cop must have specific grounds to support any arrest (including anti social behaviour), which is also confirmed by CPS kicking the case out of court (why would they have kicked a case out of court that apparently only relied on what was in the cop’s mind).
You have very articulately explained all the details of what happened to you in the 3 videos, and you also provided lots of evidence to support how dreadfully the police dealt with this no crime, which apart from how badly you were treated, it also highlighted the considerable amount of public money they wasted on this nonsense. I am absolutely convinced that because you weren’t particularly friendly to the cops who initially engaged with you, that hurt their egos, and they communicated this to their colleagues, and although it perhaps sounds dramatic to say they wanted revenge for their hurt egos, I am convinced that ‘revenge’ is what they wanted. Unfortunately for the egotistical police involved, they very likely believed that this would be a straightforward/quick matter of getting your details and then reporting you for a petty anti social behaviour offence to help them heal their hurt egos, but they weren’t likely expecting someone as determined as you to not to play ball😀.

Assuming that is, that the arresting copper would have been suitably coached in order to give a plausible account of the GROUNDS / REASONS why he BELIEVED that there was an Anti-Social Behaviour Act breach when brought in for DEPOSITION prior to any trial ! Did this incompetent solicitor with £'s 👀£ in his eyes and the 💰Ker-ching💰 of cash registers in his ears actually use ANY of the tools available to him like requests for admissions. requests for production of police bodycam footage, scheduled deposition of the police officer who claimed she had to " shield " a victim of crime from a camera that was way over on the other side of the street despite video evidence to the contrary ? ... You have virtually no chance of a Plod being charged, let alone convicted of perjury. The state must maintain the illusion of Plod being honest at all costs, because if public trust in the Police erodes completely, there is nowhere else to turn. Therefore the bar to prove that a cop 'deliberately' lied on oath is so high it is almost out of sight and CPS/PF offices are not in the business of holding their henchmen accountable. All a Plod has to do is say that "I believed that ... " and the corruption continues.

NEVER settle out of court. Claim the maximum amount against all that was involved personally and take a court writ against them.

Hi PINACI news, there are some aspects to this story that appear totally incredible!, at the same time it is consistent with similar tales from many others, we now have a considerable library of serious mis-carriages of justice where cases without proper evidence and foundation have been heard in public court and the defendants found guilty then served significant prison sentences only to discover years later it was all wrong, at least yours was not that bad.
The only conclusion I can reach is that any expectation of proper justice in this authoritarian culture is grounded more on faith than reality.
    Cheers, Richard.

Agreed but they are not many of them about, now it is all about costs and KPI's and costs. Some fee earners have a portfolio of around 150 -200 cases it is difficult to keep on top of the case low. They all use a case management systems all the letters are generated to cover critical situations. No more secretaries. Some solicitors have never been to court.
