Seeing three grown men, who are already very dedicated to sports, watch and analyze the performance of children participating in these ridiculous feats of athleticism is my favorite 24 minutes of the week.
8:40 That dude STEPPED on the back side of the see-saw. That's why Aracelis didn't drop down gradually like she was supposed to. Hey guy... if you're seeing this... what the hell man?
This episode was electric from start to finish and the employees 100% were rigging these events especially that guy holding her back on the obstacle course😂
They TRIED to sabotage Aracelis man, they messed with the ramp and tried to hold her back, they even stopped her from jumping. Biggest underdog and she was smiling the whole time
In case you were wondering what a web comic created by Sean about his experience on the show and his unrequited love for Regan looks like, he made one and it's called "Guts: A Young Adult Television Fiasco"
Yeahhh we need some guests on these reviews. Either the kids themselves or Mike O'Malley or Moira Quirk would be fantastic. Some BTS insight would be awesome (who am I kidding though, most of the adults here were on coke and probably dont remember).
It's not every day someone texts me a UA-cam link using my face as a thumbnail! 😂 If you all ever want to talk about the behind-the-scenes goings on this episode of Guts, or what it was like being a contestant, I'd be fun to talk to you all.
I'm spending that very same 24 mins on the toilet, emptying my guts, couldn't be more appropriately timed, I have a bidet, so my hands are clean while typing this lol.
Guts has 3 Contestants and each needs their own present day representative so it's perfect. They should put a some money on the line to make it even more intense.
If you're just watching random episodes in no particular order, consider doing a "Global Guts" episode. It had a few new games and some of the competitors look like they might have actually tried.
It's been hard to see from the camera angles but it looks like, in the last crag event, all the "boulders" that they push down the mountain are all initially piled up in the middle. And then they just tumble them all down. Therefore the centre lane gets way more flying down at them than the other two lanes. Anyone else notice?! Or am I wrong?
Reagan is an absolute MONSTER, but Aracelis got hosed twice! Once in before jumping off and the second one with the clock in the water. This is my favorite episode so far. Wish we could track down the winner from every episode just to get some behind the scenes tidbits at the end of each video
Well....Hell. You guys cracked the freaking code for us 45 year old kids. It's so flipping nostalgic. I was born and raised in the Everglades....YCDTOT, DD, Guts, and Nick at Nite. Getting to Orlando in the late 80's/early 90's from Clewiston..(Little town) was like getting to flipping Katmandu. I managed to make it with a friend the year after it opened. Sorry I'm long winded, I just remember talking S with my best friend watching this show as a kid. Absolute genius guys. You just made me forget that I need to fix the fence that blew down in my Yard. (In Tampa) You guys deserve every dime you make. I'm so freaking stoked I found you clowns. Nickelodeon shaped a generation.... you all have brought me back. You gave me a chance to be kid again this morning watching this. You guys made me smile today. Thank You. Keep making content!!! Sending your link to my 12-year-old son now. One Love.
I remember there was an article written by a former contestant back in the early internet days and they said you don't actually get to keep the piece of the crag, its just one they had made for the show that they have the kid raise at the end each time
I just finished reading the little 20-page comic that he drew years later (seriously). He said they actually stopped the show to figure out if it was safe enough because his head baaarely missed the bar. After an hour, they They had to inflate the thing a little more and added some more spotters. You'll feel pretty bad for the guy after reading it.
@@jek4837Yeah, and I felt really bad for Sean when the guy who gave him the nickname, Rebel, was really rude towards him. No wonder he felt unmotivated to compete and I don’t blame him.
The races with those bikes were always great. Always a chance of a wipeout. Also, that kid was damn lucky he didn't end up with a serious concussion after missing the airbag like he did.
This has been such a great watchin' series. There definitely was some Aracelis controversy in the basic training course 😆Having Joez or another guest is an added bonus.
Looking back at the footage, was the same assistant holding Aracelis back from jumping the one who didn't give Rags the high five in the pool? By the way, Aracelis is a dope name. Do you have it.....
It's interesting to watch these older seasons of guts because in the later seasons when kids jump into the airbag they have perfect form. They obviously really beefed up the safety training in later seasons. It's WILD that there is just a metal bar right on the edge of the airbag with no pad in between. The 90s were wild.
Joez immediately questions the copyright as to not get claimed and lose money. Now that is a well trained employee that is looking out for the business!
More of this please. This stuff rocks. In fact find all the crap from our childhood and start looking up the kids for today cause none of us thought of Facebook being around.
Love this. Any chance you’ve got a connection to a crew member from the show? Ask how the show was made? How many episodes ina day? How did they find competitors.. and more BAGGAGE????? Any updates?? It’s the greatest form of entertainment I’ve encountered since 2002. Please do more Baggage episodes. (And don’t forget your roots: for shows like Watchin and Weekly Dumb feel free to partake in some THC)
I'm dying. 😂 I watched this show religiously as a child. I didn't catch any of y'all's takes. So I'm hearing them now and I'm dead. It's way too late to be laughing this loud. Subscribed.
If you look closely, the guy's foot was on the seesaw as Aracelis crosses. Then with the obstacle course, they were rooting for her to lose. Constant interference.
13:45 He doesn't hold her back. That dude is launching her. If you watch carefully as she jumps you can see him giving her a bit of a lift. Whether or not Sean hit his head or not, I believe it scared production enough that they decided to have someone launch the kids more towards the middle of the landing pad.
I'm Literally 12 years old again. Even watching on TV as a kid I thought the adults on the sound stage were soo excited!!!! Little did I know after a little research......Toot, Toot.
The reason he’s wearing a sweater is because it’s inside. Probably 68-72 degrees in there. The reason everybody in the audience is wearing shorts and t shirts is because they are all on vacation in Orlando.
I live in South Carolina and have only visited Orlando one time in the last week of June. The heat there is absolutely fucking miserable. I'd walk out of the hotel and be instantly sweating in the parking lot.
Sean definitely hit his head on that metal bar when he jumped onto the inflated pad. That is really dangerous. He looked a little woozy at the end. I'm commenting this just after though, so maybe he'll look better after the others go.
8:40 no way the worker stepped on the other side of the bridge not allowing it to fall and almost hurt that girl 😂
Seeing three grown men, who are already very dedicated to sports, watch and analyze the performance of children participating in these ridiculous feats of athleticism is my favorite 24 minutes of the week.
I can't believe how effortlessly Mo pronounced Aracelis's name as some evil UK Dragon. Almost choked on my lunch.
4:35 if anyone else wants to watch this on repeat 🐉
Arazaalus has ravaged our land, do you have the "Guts" to stop it?
8:40 That dude STEPPED on the back side of the see-saw. That's why Aracelis didn't drop down gradually like she was supposed to. Hey guy... if you're seeing this... what the hell man?
23:15 Aracelis is an honest competitor, look at her go to hold Sean and Reagan’s hands on the podium
fr that was so sweet
This episode was electric from start to finish and the employees 100% were rigging these events especially that guy holding her back on the obstacle course😂
like they're betting behind the scenes or something!
I had a friend work on a similar show and the producers tell them what to do to try and keep it close
They TRIED to sabotage Aracelis man, they messed with the ramp and tried to hold her back, they even stopped her from jumping. Biggest underdog and she was smiling the whole time
I need to see Joez take on the Elastic Jungle
In case you were wondering what a web comic created by Sean about his experience on the show and his unrequited love for Regan looks like, he made one and it's called "Guts: A Young Adult Television Fiasco"
100% worth the Google search. Good comms.
Oh my god that's amazing
holy moly this is wild, pin this
This is awesome!
What a wierdo. "The second humilliation, competing against two girls"...what?!

Warehouse guts games asap
6:48
"He doesn't look happy though"
"No...he wants to draw..."
I don't know why, but that exchange really got me
Joez needs to be permanently on these guts episodes
Guts has 3 Contestants and each needs their own present day representative so it's perfect. They should put a some money on the line to make it even more intense.
How did Aracelis have a bad showing at every step of the obstacle course and still would have beat Sean if they werent illegally interfering
So when are we going to see you guys do an Adults Guts in the Warehouse?
Best reaction video yet. The crushed look on Joez face after Megan blew it was priceless
"Sean just thinks because he's on a podium he did well"
If you're just watching random episodes in no particular order, consider doing a "Global Guts" episode. It had a few new games and some of the competitors look like they might have actually tried.
Mo saying '...from the C I S' is forever burned in my brain
Sean mean mugging the camera, reminds me of the "David Blaine Street Magic" video every time "David Blaine" turns to the camera.
check out the comic he made about the show. he was a rollercoaster of emotion

“He likes art and drawing”
“Its the same thing!”
😂
Definite obstruction at 13:43
Bless Aracelis pea-picking heart. We tried to hold hands with the 2 kids. She has been taught sportsmanship.
Appreciate Joez calling Jake out on the “Arachnid” joke. That’s not her name!!!!
I love the dynamic that Joez adds to these videos

Sean was almost a Guts tragedy with that bar to the head. :O

Bro wtf 😂😂

This series is bursting my belly from laughing so much.
Going to need a wild and crazy kids episode
That show was ELITE
Taking me back to when I should've been doing homework, instead I'm watching these shows, Hey Dude, Salute Your Shorts. Say word 👊
I went back to that show. It doesn't hold the times, at all at all.
@@jb1883yo they should just do a warehouse games episode with the games then
@@jb1883yo oooh, that's a drag. I'll tell ya what holds up, Heavyweights
Sean looks like he's pissed because he tried out for Double Dare and got stuck on Guts
Regan might be the biggest star of Guts.
Sean would agree with you. Google 'GUTS: A Young Adult Television Fiasco'. He made a webcomic about it.
How? She choked in the Aggro crag and lost her lead to Aracelis.
i'd love to see these guys do their own version of guts
What happened was...since dude hit his head the worker wanted to make sure she went to the end of the platform before jumping.
Love this series! Reliving my childhood through this has been awesome.
This is absolute gold. I need more of this.
Did anyone else notice the staff playing Leap Frog during the trophey ceremony
Please don't ever stop with these. I'm talking I want to see global guts eventually
Arecelis can CLIMB. After she struggled to get on the cargo net she actually gets up in in three steps
I imagine Sean rewatching this and hears "Sean stinks" then goes and smashes 3 baddies and gets the last laugh

I am full on crying at the girl not jumping part and Jimmy and Joez just laughing in Jake's face
These videos are such a great mix of nostalgia and sarcasm😂
I used to watch these all the time ... then just stopped. Dunno why.
I watched this one. I know exactly why. Joez was in it.
All hail King Joez!
Ayeee
13:43 - The best GUTS reaction yet since the reviews started. I think we've found our new "Baggage"-level series.
That second bike run was electric lol

As a kid this show would infuriate me because of the adult cheating. I mean I remember getting seriously angry.

Jake getting hosed two times in a row on the obstacle course is comedy LMAO

Sean was screwed from the get go. He was the only contestant not wearing Reebok Pumps! The girls had an unfair advantage.
Nah you didn't get to keep the trophy unfortunately, they did send you a little pull string lamp that looked like it though lol
Just found out that Mo was the voice of Karliah in Skyrim and Professor Garlick in Hogwarts Legacy. Crazy.
When are you guys going to setup a warehouse GUTS competition?
Regan’s split time of elastic jungle to final jump has to be up high on the all time charts.
you guys gotta watch Legends of the Hidden Temple if its possible. these were my favorite shows growing up

Have y'all done the one where AJ McClean is a contestant?
HOLY FUCK THAT TUMBLE ACROSS THE FINISH LINE LMAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Please provide an Awesome Average-crag to the warehouse games.
14:36 … what do you think Mo wanted Mike for there? She looks pretty flustered
Sean definitely hit his head on that metal bar when he jumped onto the inflated pad. That is really dangerous. He looked a little woozy at the end. I'm commenting this just after though, so maybe he'll look better after the others go.
The pool challenges always kill me. How do they find the only children in North America that don't seem to understand bodies of water?
Red must have forgot to pump up before she started pedaling… Every 90’s kid knows your can’t win if you don’t pump it up!
I hope you guys commentate Legends of the Hidden Temple also, I'm lovin these

Jake had me rolling in this episode 😂
Sean and Maureen from the last episode
what's with her launching off the ramp lmao
Where do you think those Krags ended up? Yard sales?
They are FUDGING THE NUMBERS on that first event. Regan made like 7 shots.
You had to take off behind the free throw line for it to count
