I am so freaking happy that the film is still being talked about. It literally has NO competition in the genre, it easily slays any other space film you try to compare it with (maybe Sunrise would come a close second), but the concept, the story, the detail (even though some things were kinda violated as mentioned in the video) xD, soundtracks, acting, tension, twists...just everything is phenomenal. I have to rewatch it once every year to feel that cinematic experience I had the first time watching it. The only shocker for me is the lack of rewards it received in 2014

I have watched Interstellar for more than 100 times now, wish I was kidding, but I am not. Lost the count now. It came to me during a time when I was lost, I didn't know where I was going or who I was. And in that mindset, life can get real dull real quick. But Interstellar came, and showed me for real that the real, dull, simple, boring, repetitive or whatever lives we lead, aren't so normal if I just change my perspective a tad bit. That made me see the beauty in normal things, made the dull not so dull anymore, the ordinary, extraordinary. This Movie Literally Saved Me as the Score Moved Me back to my one true passion, Music. Can't ever thank Chris and Jonathan Nolan, Matthew McConaughey, Hans Zimmer, Kip Thorne, and all the people involved in it, enough, ever.

That made me think about all the time I dedicated overworking in a university's laboratory while I could be living more experiences. Sometimes we give our life to companies, to science, to whatever.. and lose precious time with our loved ones. After all the technology, all the prizes, we do have only each other, Cooper only wanted his daughter, his love, a simple thing. To save the world is to save your loved ones, it's to save your story, your life, being happy while not harming others. That's what nature programmed us to be.

For Example: Mr.Perry can make a Madea movie for $2-$5mil of mostly his own money (even minor side character actors get paid mostly in profit points, so are literally investors&invested in the movie being a success from the get go, and that drops up-front costs significantly) and that movie will make anywhere from $20 to $50 million in profits, *Including its advertising budget* , just from the Women 35-55 audience he has a total monopoly over.
Do your own experiment: Show damn near any N.American woman in that age group a random Madea movie, and you will be surprised of the amount of laughter it gets from them. It’s not a movie they have to get emotionally invested in, but can just sit back and enjoy where the movie takes them.
