I bought a 1000W 36V "kit" and regret not just asking how to copy this instead! Can you post some details on it? Your battery setup is so clean! Got the new motor mounted but can't figure out how to mount these 3 damn big batteries!
@@EpsilonZeroKarts I saw the rear video. What did you use for the front steering links? I thought of buying the right hands side parts and mirroring it on the left, until that didn’t make any sense 🥴.
@@Nohoze I used angle iron, flat bar, and rod that I threaded with a die to fabricate the spindles. I also press fit an Oilite bronze flange bushing to replace the worn ones on the kart. Some regular tie rods connected to the pitman arm with the hole bored out a little worked fine.

I did a video on the rear end. You will need that and improved steering before anything else. I can answer any questions you may have in the process.
