    Hello Hannah!!!Thank you!!! Yesss!!! I love each exercise even the session is quite short for me. I'm still sweating and it's really a good sensation 'cause I feel a wonderful wellbeing! You know that I'm totally engaged when I follow your Pilates workouts, and now, after have it done, I'm flying like a happy bird!     I've been following your videos regularly for a long time. It would be great to have some minimal cues videos to concentrate on the movements and keep the counting flowing.

    Thank you Hannah I'm sweating. I broke my pinky toe 3 months ago so I was unable to gym. It still hurts so I'm just going to endure the pain. I can't pick up more weight
