I want one of these! Fantastic.
Something that I didn’t know I needed!
Looks very cool although I think it needs a sound on/off button so if the phone rings you can quickly switch it off; or you may want the sound on while you are having breakfast to see how trains are going at your local station but switch it off before you leave without having to log onto your computer.
If there was more than six trains a week here I'd love one of these. I now just know which train noise is the passenger rail and I like to comment on whether it's late or on time.
Tooting Broadway, my home station! This would be a great gadget to have, just a shame it’s so expensive!
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but, why is a train from Tooting Broadway to Morden going via Bank?
I want this as an App that keys in for all the services you mentioned AND Aircraft!
Great fun but too expensive
Personally I’d love this as an iOS or web based app, I’d happily pay for that, plus any necessary subscription. That would be my take on deciding to invest. It’s a great product nonetheless.
Interesting gadget, the only thing I think I would have built differently is that I woul´d have put the plug point on the side instead of on the bottom.
I would like to have one these, they look so cool! But £149.99 is way too expensive for a small device!
So how much did your phone cost at roughly the same size.
@@LiveSteamNick I think it was a lot less than that but I can’t remember from off the top of my head.
@@LiveSteamNick A phone may be more expensive, but it has a lot more functions too.
@@kellydalstok8900 it’s not about the phone being as capable, it’s primarily designed to accompany a model railway to add an element of authentic realism. This a phone cannot do.
@@LiveSteamNick Functionality is key also Research & Development + Manufacturing Costs, there is no justifable reason for this product to be that price, a Smart Phone which could have millions if not billions of £'s worth of research and development, manufacturing etc. into can justify its price and functionaility
I don’t think I could handle the continual See It, Say It, Sorted!
If this was available for my local train station in Sweden I would buy it for myself and my boyfriend in a heartbeat
Awesome! Very fun and exciting to use!
So when does the Geoff Marshall voice pack come out?
this is brilliant. Switch on chose a station turn the volume up full blast and then go out for a Saturday Night Out. My neighbour is miserable, She could do with a change from Motörhead
Nice..and very useful....Would love to see international versions. Especially JAPAN...They play lovely tunes over the tanoys...as each station has its own unique tune so those with vision impairment can tell where they are. They also play bird songs which are said to help calm the passengers...A board showing Tokyo's "Yamanote Line" would be AWESOME!
As well as the Shinkansen movements.🚅
Lovely, but silly expensive. Would be a great gift for £49.99
That's pretty cool, i'd actually buy this
I like your pillow on your sofa nice mecett of purple train and Piccadilly line or central line I think
I’m sold! I’m getting this for Christmas!
But can the announcements include the never-ending 'see it, say it, sorted' rubbish, in case I ever feel like being sectioned for a while?
Can this be set for international services??
And I would happily mod this to take a pair of AA batteries, perhaps with a sleep mode. It's so cool!
Works in a limited capacity with Irish Rail. So far, that's about as international as it gets.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I used to get tubes from Tooting broadway all the time. Trains running southbound to Morden, would not be specified as either Bank/Charing cross branch because it no longer matters
I like your Chiltern Railways moquette sofa XD
