At 73 I’m still enjoying The Eagles. Despite the changes and the breakups, you guys still rock! I’m so grateful I’ve lived through the very best time in music! The Eagles, ELO, CCR, The Traveling Wibury’s, Jim Croce, Gordon Lightfoot, Bob Dylan, The Hollie’s, The Animals, The Who, Bob Seger. I could go on and on!

I am 16 years old and am just discovering The Eagles, of course I’ve heard hotel California but I never really looked into the band until now. Any way I think it’s cool that I’m the same age listening to a song you listened to at 16.

Been a Eagles fan since I first heard “Take it Easy” or perhaps when the opened for Linda. Just took up the bass at 63 and Timothy B has inspired me.
This song just reminds me how much the Eagles sound amazing together with their incredible harmonies. And the video reminds me how much I miss Glenn playing with the other members. Thank you for sharing it with us!💕

I was absolutely DEVESTATED when I got the news that Glenn Lewis Frey, had ee sick & then, more horrible that he had passed. Glenn Lewis Frey, was, bar none, the most wonderful singer, song writer and all around Great Man & Proformer Ever; The Best Singing Group Ever!! I will miss Glenn, more than I could ever put into words... he was & is the best singer/song writer & there can never ever be anyone who entertained, sang and all around was such a wonderful Man. 😢, ❤ I keep Cindy & the children in my prayers always; can't imagine losing someone so totally awesome. I really don't know how the rest of the group can even still perform without... GLENN LEWIS FREY ❤🎉😢 RIP GLENN, you are missed more than you could ever imagine. There will never, ever be another man/singer/husband/father/and just all around cool & really wonderful man, singer,song writer... person with so much talent & just a really great person. I also love this song as well, but I don't understand why Glenn made Henley "the main vocal person in the band... Glenn's voice was the Best. Also, did not appreciate Tim Scmidt saying on line that Glenn had a nickname of " The Lone Arranger " ... very un-cool, to me anyway.❤ Lovinly Miss You, Glenn (BTW, I am happily married to my husband for over 47 years, so I am just so sad that we lost such a great man, as Glenn). Yes, that is one of his gifts. I saw an interview with Don Felder, and he had nothing but praise for Henley's lyric-writing ability. He used "Hotel California" as a prime example.

I saw her at summerfest in Milwaukee 83 she is as good live as on her record’s! Got on stage and belted out hit after hit. ! What a show, what a talent. It takes a lot to beat the voice of Linda !!!

An older friend gave me the 2 disc set with this song on it. Sure I heard the Eagles on the usual FM play lists but I never realized how much I missed out on their fabulous harmonies. I have a better ear for music nuances than most people I know and I gotta say that I love the guitar chord playing in this one as well as the vocal harmonies.
