For many people , this is his best song. He wrote the music, the lyrics were made by dears from Mexico at Dimash's request, he told them what he wanted to deal with the theme of the song, he sent them a recording with his voice whispering the music. They wrote it in one night. Dimash prepared it in 20 days, he wanted to present it for his concert in Almati, and so he did, this song came after El amor en ti a song that is very demanding. This song Dimash made for his hispanic dears for a request they made him in a talking meeting. It's a beautiful, beautiful song. We love him so much. Thank you for your reaction, I enjoyed a lot. 🌺
The lyrics were written by a Mexican lyricist together with a Mexican dear. (Nowhere has anyone said he was whispering the music...??). They spent one day writing it. Hispanic dears had been asking for a song in Spanish for many years, it always came up in every possible Q&A. In his Instagram live stream a few days after the concert in Düsseldorf (4/22) he was asked again if he would make a song in Spanish, and he said (in a casual way, conversing with his friend and back-up singer Rassul) that he should try, maybe next year. And then, 4 months later, we got El Amor En Ti. :) I can only assume he had the composition ready or in the works, when he decided it would actually work well in Spanish to fulfill this continuous wish from the Spanish speaking dears.
He wrote this for his Spanish Dears. I have made my 3.5 year old granddaughter into a Dear and she loves "the cape song".

Dimash used this feature in the show to have a short break between songs. After singing "The History of One Sky", he went to the dressing room and during the intermission sang this magnificent composition, entering the stage in the middle of the performance as a fourth singer! It was the intermission of the most creative show I've ever seen!

And third, The Story of One Sky, which is a movie, and (all the Dears will agree with me) Dimash's greatest work and one of the greatest masterpieces ever made, all artists combined. At least two if not three viewings are necessary to understand everything: the story, the cinematography, Dimash's voice and the lyrics. For the first viewing, I suggest you focus on the story and not the voice. Pay attention to all the details.

LOL, I had a feeling you were going to be a little confused for a while. This performance was just after he performed his most demanding (vocally and emotionally) song, The Story of One Sky. Its a 10 minute epic song, the MV is a mini-movie. I never know which one to recommend first, but if you get distracted by visuals then do the concert footage. Я была на этом Грандиозном Шоу в Алматы, и имела такое Счастье и Честь, слышать и видеть это все Действо вживую! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤯🫣😍 Это когда ты даже не можешь отдать себе отсчет в том, что ты видишь и слышишь! Это Цунами из чего то непомерно Грандиозного, Глубокого и Прекрасного обрушивается на тебя, еще и впервые! Это были две премьеры от Димаша, собственного написания музыки и первая из них “Story of one Sky “, вынашивалась Димашем, целых три года. Та энергия, которую он столько в себе держал, обрушилась на нас полным шквалом Безусловной Любви, Боли и Веры в то, что Мир Услышит ЭТО!!! 🙏❤️🙏 Он отдал этой песни ( двенадцати минутное произведение, полное богатейшего многоуровневого, необычайно чувственного Вокала от Дии 🕊️) Казалось к тому моменту он отдал Всего Себя, прошло уже добрых около трех часов концерта, и вот оно « El Amor An Ti”, я не верила не своим ушам, не своим глазам, вдавило в пол, мне отчетливо казалось, что земля под ногами сотрясается, это было как землетрясение, чувства переполняли до такой степени, что перехватывало дыхание! Мне кажется все были в ступоре, в Шоке! This performance is so impressive! The most innovative I've ever seen in my 57 years.... but it was also so, so smart on Dimash's behalf. Immediately before this performance, Dimash had just completed singing "The Story of One Sky" ... a 10 minute long, very demanding song. (You'll see!). This performance gave him a well-deserved break, while at the same time, premiering two new songs back to back. (The lady in the audience singing along is one of the lyricists of the song... noone else knew it!).
As far as reacting to The Story of One Sky, with your camera time limits, I suggest you watch the MV in its entirety without stopping... allow yourself to immerse yourself in it... we'll be able to see your facial expressions. Then, watch it again and stop and start as needed for commentary... you can piece together the separate videos. I hope I explained it properly. Anyway, you don't have to worry about copyright on TSOOS because it's my understanding that Dimash told them "no copyright violations"... he wants the whole world to see the message in the video. However long your video ends up being, the Dears will watch it. Rest assured.

As you are working on The Story of One Sky to analyze vocals you may want to do the live performance from Almaty which was just before El Amor En Ti. It allows you to appreciate the composition, the message, and of course his incredible performance without the distraction of his amazing video with it's story and symbolism. The Almaty performance is a masterpiece, his musical composition is a masterpiece, the video for which he wrote the screenplay and acted in is a masterpiece. Dimash himself is a masterpiece. As a sort of prequiel to The Story of One Sky you might want to do his War and Peace which he composed in his early 20s and worked with a Chinese poet for the lyrics as he wanted them in Chinese. There are 2 great versions, his digital show and his convert in Kiev. The Kiev concert was in 2020 and has an additional poignancy because all those in the audience were soon to find out about war and suffer so much. Both of these songs are written and performed directly from his soul. An interesting order might be Ave Maria as Dimash asked Igor Krutoy to write him a prayer for the world, then War and Peace, then the live performance at Almaty, official video with it's drone footage, not a fancam, then the music video. For an added treat for yourself search the short video of Dimash playing The Story of One Sky on the piano. He is an amazing composer along with everything else. Please, when you do the MV of “A Story of One Sky”, please do the live version in Almaty as well. You have to do the live, to really appreciate SEEING Dimash DELIVER what he did in the MV.
