A new big show took place in the southern capital - Almaty. A solo concert of Dimash Qudaibergen's “Stranger”. The magnificent sound, light, scenography, costumes, and staging of the numbers captivated the audience from the first seconds.
More than 25 thousand spectators gathered at the Central Stadium. Exactly at 8:00 pm, in the silence and darkness of the stadium, lit only by the lights of lanterns, as if in a single breath of all the spectators appeared Dimash.

The Spanish speaking Dears have been waiting for a Dimash song in their language for a long time... and here it is.
The premiere of the song was at Dimash's 'Stranger' concert on September 23, 2022 in Almaty Central Stadium (the largest sports complex in the Republic of Kazakhstan). Dimash Qudaibergen's solo concert in Almaty sold out gathering 35000 Dears from almost 68 countries.
Dimash composed another masterpiece, an 'exquisite melodic salad' (as a dear put it) with profound lyrics.. It's a song with a wonderful, beautiful melody, in which classical and modern perfectly harmonize and blend... and Dimash sings it in quadruple duplication as a quartet with himself. What is better then one Dimash? For Dimash’s! There can never be enough of Dimash's... grandios!
Not only with his singing, but also with his videos or with his stage sets - Dimash sets new standards... just great!
The authors of the great lyrics are the Mexican Dr. Hildegard Wöhler and the singer-songwriter Regina de Ovando. The music was composed by Dimash Qudaibergen!

I attended this enchanting concert in Almaty last September. A huge open stadium that accommodated 35K Dimash fans from all over the world. There are three giant screens on the stage (the central screen is as high as a 7-story building, side screens are as high as a 5-story building). The relative height of Dimash depends on the angle. From my position (I was quite close to the stage), all 3 Dimash looked almost the same height. By the way, Dimash opened this concert by descending on the ropes from the height of the central screen, without stopping singing

I was at Dimash's concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022. There were two premieres of songs, the music for which was written by Dimash himself. We, the audience, had not yet come to our senses from the song "The Story of One Sky", as all the lights went out in the stadium, and a giant figure of Dimash in black appeared in the dark. The beautiful to the point of madness "El Amor En Ti" began. This song was an absolute surprise, because no one knew about its existence in advance. I've never seen a performance like this.. It is necessary, someone came up with the idea for four vocal parts to create four fantastic images: Giant Dimash in black (they say, the projection was the height of a 7-storey house) - fatal, philosophical, wise in life experience. Dimash in white (a little smaller, about the height of a 5-storey building) is full of life and the desires of youth, energetic and romantic. Dimash in red (equal in height to white) - the link between youth and maturity, a burning heart, a fire in the blood. And the unexpected fourth Dimash is a small living person against the background of giant figures. The whole unusualness and trick in this song was that high-class academic classical singing with baritone, tenor and soprano was combined with singing in the style of pop. And it was so cute that you want to listen to it and listen endlessly

And what a brilliant way to get a little break, right after singing TSOOS! If the concert video is any indication, this song started almost immediately after, but he had quite a bit of time before he sang live, thanks to the performances of the 3 giant Dimashes. I was there but I wasn't actually able to take it all in because I was still recovering from the previous song he sang at the concert, "The Story of One Sky". What I remember is enormous Dimash's on the screens and feeling lots of gratitude on bahalf of the spanish speaking fans (he has a huge following in Latin America). I'm so happy he released this on UA-cam bacause the song grew on me, I really love the whole quartet, the 3 classic Dimash's with the pop Dimash as perfect icing on the cake.

Dimash wrote this song specifically for his Spanish-speaking Dears who have been asking him to sing a song in Spanish. The first time I watched this right after it came out I was so overwhelmed that I just couldn't take it all in. Since then I have watched it at least a dozen times and I like and appreciate it more and more each time. You should consider watching it again now that you aren't so confused as to what is happening.
The different personas and voices imply a philosophical conversation between states of hopelessness and despair because of the darkness of life (black) vs the hopefulness and light that comes from embracing love instead (white) which in turn engage our feelings and touch the heart (red). Dimash's live performance in the last part as a contemporary man against the giant figures which represent different human states of consciousness brings this it into an experience of life lived fully in the moment with all three states present and acknowledged and wholly integrated into the here and now.
Rather than creating cognitive dissonance by presenting opposing views, Dimash creates cognitive consonance, a state of harmony between competing emotions, beliefs and values by blending different voices, traditions, tonalities and styles (even expressed in his dress) into a gorgeous tapestry of sound and color that expresses the rich fullness of life. I was reminded of Walt Whitman’s line from the poem “Song of Myself: ‘I am large, I contain multitudes.’
Dimash does contain multitudes, and his art elevates the conflict from a two-dimensional dark vs light, good vs bad, true vs false question into a three-dimensional experience that frees us to live fully from the heart (hear how his high notes soar above and weave it together) without becoming overwhelmed by life's problems or denying the reality of life's darker aspects. Two dimensional conflicts often paralyze us with feelings of helplessness and despair and limit our ability to respond to life's storms appropriately, but when we get to a higher point of view, embrace a higher state of consciousness at the soul level by tapping into the love and peace within, we become the masters of our lives and not the victims of circumstance, and we can act with passion and confidence in the middle of the storms and, with open hearts, let our love within flow out into the world.
Dimash's stated mission, to bring unity and peace to the world through his art, is very much evident in this piece. Like in "Story of One Sky," he is very intentional about the message that we need to accept all there is and allow all to have a voice and a presence, not to silence or disappear what we do not like or understand, in ourselves or in the outer world. The darkness is our reality as much as the light; the work of our lives is to create a harmonious whole through love that expresses our full humanity.

This is my new favorite Dimash song and I listen to it all the time. He composed this song himself, orchestrated it and came up with the presentation idea with the 3 figures. His talent for all things entertainment blows my mind. He's the whole package - unfortunately he's so good that it's hard to listen objectively to other artists, even my old favorites! 3 giant screens, the middle one about 60 meters and the two side screens about 40 meters..
A tremendous sound that shook the body and soul!
The song was composed by 2 dear women Mrs. Gomez and Mrs. Dr. Wahler and the composition Dimash as a tribute and recognition to the Spanish speakers among the millions of "dear ones"!

These are giant holograms at his huge solo concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The middle black one is the size of a ten story building, well 11 in the US. The other two slightly smaller. Dimash composed this incredible song, and it's his first original song in Spanish. He is an exquisitely talented musician. I love how he came out at the end and gave it a big finish. The black one is 70' tall and the 2 sides are 50' tall. There were also same size shown on stage. Dimash jumped off of the tallest tower at the beginning of the concert! You need to see the mv of the story of one sky, 14 mins long. Dimash sings everything, wrote the music, acted in it and wrote the screenplay. .it’s a masterpiece, It all took Three years and a lot of money to make.
You did a great reaction to this as always! From what the lyrics say, he is singing directly to each one of us (ie not a couple in a relationship), and he is saying that we all have dark and light inside of us and we have to deal with it in the best way possible. He encourages us not to stay angry, depressed or anxious, but to get in contact with the positivity, light and love inside and deliberately change those emotions for the better. To believe in ourselves the same way that he believes in us. My intution says that red Dimash is connecting to the amazing beauty of life on earth, and of the pure strength of the human heart and soul. Many reactors, vocal coaches etc say that everyone in the world should at least hear Dimash sing once in their lifetime, which is very true but, I believe everyone in the world should at least have the chance to experience a concert of Dimash, it is like being in a room with famiy and friends having a party, it is that amazing and unforgettable. Dimash is a non political advocate for peace. So it could be much like his recent Sky movie which was about it being time to make a last and good choice to deal with evil and replace it with good. So red could be a salvation type of the result of the struggle between what is good, loving, uplifting, and evil and it’s destructive qualities.

Yes, Dimash is so impactful. He is also currently in Los Angeles and has met with David Foster. He is recording a song he started before the pandemic. What else he is up to we are not sure. We do know he will be coming to live in Los Angeles for at least a year to attend film school.

Yes - That's because he's a fully trained opera singer who turned down a prestigious place with his National Opera Company - in order to sing Everything! 😂 { His voice is still maturing and he's always working on improving, so he is sounding more full and resonant on his lower registers now. ) I agree, his lower range is gorgeous.

( I have a strong suspicion that when Dimash was very young and very seriously studying very serious classical music, in preparation for a very serious classical career... he was secretly studying every single thing that MJ did also and developing a very different view of which direction he wanted his career to take.and he did also study 'contemporary' music; Jazz, Blues, Rock, Pop. The extra layer of fine nuance of his emotional expression and engagement with the audience, however, comes from the Queen; Lara Fabian, whom he has also studied very closely. He has said he used to study her techniques awake and asleep! { He used to put his headphones on and listen to her songs both awake ad as he fell asleep. )

Thus was the debut if his Spanish sing, that his Spanish Dears have been waiting for, and boy did he deliver!!! He performed this at his Almaty concert last September and it was spectacular! You were just about spot on about what the song is about. It covers all aspects of love, from bad to good. To have 4 Dimash's singing together was a genius idea that showcased his love of neo-classical music perfectly! I think this is another masterpiece that he composed like The Story of One Sky.
