Bought a matchspel (white) from IKEA Singapore and got a unit where the mesh backing is weak enough that when you lean back (without any force at all), your spine touches the blue metal bar at the back of the chair. That's a very uncomfortable kind of 'lumbar support'. Bought a defective product and I only hope IKEA Singapore is ethical enough to replace or refund.

@@OmerBerkayG There is no solution except asking for a refund or exchange. Stuffing any cushion there is only a makeshift solution that is not very comfortable.

i am 5'10", 175lbs and have no issue with the back mesh. it is very comfy for me
