I didn't panic buy. I calmly walked into the store and bought 2 gigantic packages of toilet paper. I payed for them, and calmly walked out. My husband did the same thing the day before, except he also bought paper towel. Being prepared isn't panicking. It's smart to stock up on regularly used items that may be needed in an emergency. I don't understand the mentality of people that don't keep emergency supplies. A little can be bought over a period of weeks so that it does affect others. But to call preparing panicking is insulting to those of us that have tbe foresight to be ready for emergencies.
