I love gabbing my own parts or modding existing parts. 👍🏼 I’d like to do this mod not only for fun on the track, but also around tight spaces where I live, be much easier to pull some of the tight u turns etc here 👍🏼
massive job awesome, we took out around 25mm from the nuckle and got maximum travel lock the rack would produce, didnt have to use rack spacers either and just added 25mm wheel spacers to bring the rims out to the gaurds, and to give extra clearance,, etc, but has alot off lock like a lot but awesome to see you go out and test and notice easier handling thou,,thats massive keep these vids flowing
By rack spacers i don’t. Mean i spaced it out sorry i meant. Stops because i was hitting the lca at full lock with the tries and that was with 1 inch spacers on the wheels.
@@TheRogueOnes @The Rogue Ones oh ahahha algood my bro,, yea im sure once you got the car on lock down youl get a offset with the rim out further then can add the 1inch spacers give you some more lock but hard i get ya now ,, just you and a dude in scotland i think its where he is from are the only people who vids on doing simple lock conversions,,is there any reason to why you used those tierod ends also??
@@rotaholikzhds906 oh no i have all the angle. In the world i need lower control arms. That have. More clearance my. Calipers will come. All the way over and. Hit. My sway bar lol
@@TheRogueOnes ahha yea thats why we changed the offset on our rims and added the spacers clears all that im running 19x8s forgot offset but added the spacers to be sure we just going to cut a section out of the lower arms then plate it top and bottom if need to do so,,save buying bottom arms or just make some as its pritty str8 forward sh&t costs to much here in NZ so its easier to just make with what we got ahhaha but hard nothing wrong with mad lock ( respect aha)
