- This is the extra from the second disk of the Walküre of the Copenhagen Ring Cycle, an interview between HM Queen Margaret of Denmark and Kaspar Holten, the director of the Cycle. Features some interesting information about the production, as presented on my channel.
It's good to see this renowned production and the interview too. Very few heads of state could hold a enthusiastic talk on the Ring. Tak for videoerne.
I don’t know if you can edit the English subtitles but it would be helpful if ‘nuns’ could be corrected to ‘Norns’. I was thrown for a while.
If anybody is using them because they are hard of hearing, they might appreciate having the English quotation included too.

Hi Subtitles worked on Saturday, even on the interview. On Sunday nothing!? Any chance of subtitles or any advice on how to get to them. Very enjoyable interview. Would love to see the ring subtitled./Roger
+roger andersson Could you be more specific? Subtitles are working fine for me. I've already subtitled the Copenhagen Ring on my channel, and those are also working fine for me. Have you checked if maybe you accidentally turned them off (right side of the player controls bar)?
+Enrico Dandolo Hi Thank you for answering me. Unfortunately I am quite computer illiterate, so I have probably pressed something i shouldn't but I don't know. I am using a MacBook Pro and not very familiar even with that.
What really irks me though is that I found the interview and the whole of the Ring subtitled and now i can't find it again./Roger

My god! Wotan isn't "the good one" or "the good one, who does what has to be done". he is wagners portrail of aristocracy at the time and that's the reason, he has to die in the end. Just because Denmark still has a Queen, that doesn't mean, you have to kiss her ass!
Dear Otto Schmalspurverbraucher. As a Dane i really prefer an Intelligent Queen more than a stupid president :-)
