Hi Michael - This is my question on your blog - this is great information! I have recently encapsulated the crawl space. Unfortunately Crawl Space Ninja did not service my zip code. Anyway the county inspector stated the work completed was the best he has seen. While we have not yet moved into the house - We will be moving in Sep. My wife was there recently after the work and stated it was much better air quality. Yes we are planning to have the ducts cleaned and coils. Your videos are great and contain valuable information. Thanks for doing them. David

I will never buy a house with crawl space ever again…..its not worth the musty smell, the crawling on your knees to work on anything and the daily emptying of the dehumidifier…
