Im going to keep track of my touches keeping the ball at my feet continueously, Ill remember to update this.
Day 1: I Started with in-out dribbling and both foot passing, No major improvements yet but im getting used to it.
Day 2: I Found minor improvement with my left sole and Better control on my kick-ups, No Major improvements yet.
Day 3: The technique with my left foot has improved minorly but The improvement isnt hidden completely, No major Improvements yet unfortunately.
Day 4: Today i over practised Skills, Accuracy and My left foot, Now im not gonna lie; My left Foot has improved more than it did Favouring My better foot everyday, Unfortunately I couldnt train outside it was defo pouring But To be honest 1 Major improvement, Left foot!
Day 5: Unfortunately today I couldn't train as much I wished I could as I went to a different city to meet a good friend although my time was limited I did focus on accuracy on both feet and running long distance, I got around 1.2 Miles completed Jogging through my neighbourhood, Tommorow I'll make it 1.6 Miles
Day 6: Of I said I will do something, I'll do it! Today I ran 1.6 Miles around my block and I guess that's good? I'll focus on first touch today.
Day 7: 1 Week! Today I Over-did scanning And Driven shots, My power shot has defo Got better teqnique unfortunatly School is gonna start again soon So my time practising is about to take a blow.l.

Unless you're willing to get used to no major improvements, you should do this update weekly, you will have much more to say about said improvements. Also keep doing this and don't give up.
