Hi Digital, is it possible to get extra fields from the user before allowing them to connect into my internet, i.e Name, Surname, Cellpone Number, Age etc ?
Hi, do I need a WIFI PCI-E card to do this? I just have the integrated LAN port on my computer. I need to do this at a school and I need to do A LOT of researching.
Thank you for your kind feedback on the video. Wireless SSIDs doesn't matter at all. You can give Wireless access to everyone. Otherwise you can leave it as a open network which sllows to connect anyone because the internet access only available once authenticated via the captive portal. But, I'm not recommended keep the Wireless network keeps open. So, give clients to common Wireless password then they will connect to the network with out internet access. And automatically redirect them to the captive portal authentication page.

Hi, thanks for posting such an amazing video, i have a small question, it would be tonne of help if you could answer, i want user should be able to use his freeradius user id and password on two devices at a single point of time, if he logs in into third device, he should be kicked off from the first device, is it possible? Hi friend, check whether you have enable https redirection.... if enable disable or create browser certificate for it. Most of the time DNS cause the problem. Check Dns settings as well. If it dosent help please let me know. I will send some more details. Hi Friend, Sorry for the late reply. Thank you very much for your appreciation. I can help you to install radius a server on pfsense as a wifi hotspot. Then, you will be able to manage your wifi network through out the pfsense firewall. I will make video tutorial for your request as well. Hopefully I will be able on Friday.
