- Cutting down a spar with the Milwaukee Hatchet just to show that it can be done.
This is such a powerful little saw, it's capabilities are greater than full size battery powered top handle saws.

This is the best tool review. 2nd one I saw first I was like maybe I won't get this and get the 16inch one but saw this and I'm sold on it thanks!! They should send you more tools to test like this.
You and that saw are the real deal
Indeed.
She got some torque!
That was cool to watch. Awesome tool.
It didn’t even bog down or stop like most electric saws of this size. I have the m12 and was thinking about getting the M18 version.
The Milwaukee fuel line is all around badass. I have the weed whacker and it’s a beast.
I think this a great hatchet to have with you when you're 4-wheeling around.
That’s what I’m thinking too. This may be the perfect solution to keep things small and light rather than carry around a large chainsaw.
That thing is pretty slick
Love that it has chain oiling.
Honestly that is impressive!
I love mine. So light and powerful for cutting up limbs. Be sure to watch your hands when doing so lol
What are these folks doing to their poor Hatchets? I use mine to clean up after and on much smaller stock. I hope to use it for many years. It's a good (expensive) tool. I already lost the bar wrench.
Thats called a professional chainsaw on the east coast.
Ever been to Maine, bub?
@@lwm3 Mrs. lwm3,
Ma'am, have you visited the the Yukon/Northwest Territories, Canada?
We use this chainsaw to dice our bear, caribou, buffalo and harvested whales.
I'll slap you with whale blubber at a later time.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
DOUGout
If you need to take down a damaged tree that posses a hazard to others (perhaps after a terrible storm came rolling through), and a large pruning power-tool is all you have; you make do with it. But if you have a real chainsaw, it's just best to use the right tool for the right job.
This was a demonstration of the tool.

I get that. Thing is, everyone with a UA-cam channel is doing something similar with that power-tool. Would like to see how efficient it is at actually pruning.
Wow! Electric finally has arrived!
I have one and everyone who uses it starts laughing when they feel how much torque and how fast it gets through thick branches
Damn beast
Were people saying that it can’t be done?
More like it shouldn’t be done.
You’re clearly very skilled, but for your average homeowner who only has that, I would not recommend felling with it.
I recommend a homeowner never fall anything. Too many fail videos on the internet already.
Ya that's cute
**S U B B E D !**
I've owned my M18 Hatchet for only 2 months and love it (6HO battery).
Is it safe to add a longer bar for bigger work?
Nice! Yes I run a 12" stihl bar on mine.
And now, back to the charger.
Got plenty of grunt
Nahh, I bet that was all done with CGI.. 😂😂😂🤙🏼
I’m trading in my Stihl 462 for a M18 hatchet 👌🏼
Also an axe
Ever heard of a wedge
Why would I need a wedge in this scenario?
*IDIOTO YOU!!!!! - Mama Mia.
😂😂😂😂😂😂ты бы ещё ножом резать начал!
That's a trim saw, not a hatchet.
It is a Milwaukee M18 Hatchet, look it up.
@mitchzenobitrees a hatchet is a handheld axe. Not a power saw. Look it up.
Look dude, Milwaukee named it Hatchet, it has nothing to do with it's function. Just because Ford named their sports car a mustang, doesn't mean it's an actual horse. Get it now?
I have that saw, works surprisingly well, my only complaint is the horrible safety trigger. It makes the job 2x harder.
@@Sith_dude De IDIOTO is you, yah?
We drive a dodge cougar, and is it *a Cougar?*
You drive that ugly Pinto, .......wot is it, a horse?
The wife you divorce drove the Bronco and it died running over a cliff.
Since when is a chainsaw a hatchet?
The definition of each word matters. Is a man a woman?
Don't be a *DUMMY.* I own one and they're awesome.
"Hatchet," is the model name labeled by the Milwaukee company.
Is your 1973 VW Beetle an actual Bug?...... lol. Imma gonna slappa you wit da wet spaghetti. Mama Mia
