Milwaukee Hatchet In The Tree

My favorite saw for climbing most trees is the Milwaukee M18 Hatchet.
It's light, agile, powerful, and has a mass amount of torque. The battery life is excellent as well. I did 4 out of 8 of these trees with one 8.0 battery before I had to change it.

My outfit has one. Stock bar and chain. Great for little climbs like that Mitch! And it’s really nice right by the chipper as well.

I am intrigued, how does it compare to the little echo battery saw? Seems a little sketch to me to have that bar angle up in a tree?

Wow that is a great setup, with a second battery on your belt you can run all day.

If you don't mind a little extra weight, you could run the 12.0 battery. It may have made it through all of those trees on one battery.

Milwaukee has a five year warranty on their tools. Return it and get another one.
