- This workout will help us stay strong and flexible as we grow older. We will move the spine in every direction which is critical in spine health. We will also focus on strengthening the muscles we need to move from a sitting to a standing position as well as work on our balance.

Ha ha! I thought this was going to be easy because it was for “seniors.” I am not a senior so I added extra springs which I very quickly took off!😂Well the joke was on me! 😅 This was challenging! I loved it! It was so good, especially the squats in the beginning and all the spinal exercises. Felt so good. Thanks a bunch!😊

Great workout, I'm not considered a senior yet, very close! I want to avoid osteoporosis, balance issues, back problems and have a strong flexible body as I go into my layer years! Thank you!!

You can search for workouts without the box. I have a playlist “no box needed” that will give you several workouts to do without a box.
For this specific workout you can just sit cross cross on the reformer instead of on the box.
