I now consider your channel as my classroom. I love the fact that you give very clear and easy to follow lessens, and I also love your voice😊 Thank you, Sarah!
I have been trying to do this stitch for hours now!!! Thank goodness I found you❣️ I love how you show it up close and slow! I finally understand how to do it! 😊🧶😊
Thank you so much! The speed you do the stitches makes it incredibly easy to follow along, and you pause at the perfect moments so we can look between the video and our work to make sure we're stabbing the correct loop. I picked up a free pattern at the craft store that looks gorgeous with a super plush yarn, but it calls for this stitch, which I've never tried before. Thanks to your video, I absolutely KNOW I can do this now! Keep the great videos coming and you have a new subscriber!
This is such an impressive stitch and so simple to master. Thanks for sharing it. I will start a crochet project soon and I will definitely use it. Thanks again!!
Omg thank you so much. I been wanting to try this stich even tho im still a beginner. I started with your vid on the half double one then in the same swatch started this one. I always thought it was so much more complicated then you make it seem. Thank you sooooo much...
Hello, I love your videos. You are an excellent instructor. What yarn is this? I love the color and shine. Would you suggest some comparative yarns? Please and thank you.
Sara, I found the answer in the comments, but could you please start your AWESOME tutorials by telling us what type/brand of yarn you're using; possibly provide links. The blue yarn in this episode has an absolutely beautiful sheen to it and I would love to buy some. Thank you!
Hi my dear Sarah Hi my. dear Sarah I am always watching your channel and like to use some of your stitches when I crochet a hat for me also when I crochet for my son in law Today I would like to crochet a scarf for my Gp But I have a little difficulty in the beginning and the end of each row I couldn’t do them ( there is a hole ) So would mind to help me what is the technique to avoid that please Best regards Fatima
Sarah, I have been watching your beautiful tutorial for 3 days! I can't seem to be able to get the edges right, they are rounded instead of straight, can you please help me. Thank you so much. Geri
The back side will look a little different from the front... otherwise could it be that your tension is a bit loose? The front side looking good is great! It’s the important part :)
I'd love to know what brand/type of yarn you use. Your work always looks so clean and sophisticated! I know that the right yarn does make a difference. 😊😊 PS, my name is Diana, my son changed my profile!! 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks! The Pantone yard is so yummy. Not to take away from any other UA-cam tutorials out there but honestly, your work is above and beyond what I've seen out there! I love your work! ♥️♥️💜💚😍 And your tutorials!!
Very dense pattern and it looks a bit like tire tread marks on the ground. Has an appeal all its own. It wouldn't be very soft for afghans and such. Maybe great for doormats.

Would double herringbone be a less dense and softer stitch then the half double herringbone stitch to use for a shawl? Thank you.
Yes it would be :)
Will this be good for a blanket?
Yes it would be :)
My front side is perfect herringbone but my wrong side is a mess.don't know where i am making mistake
The back side will look a little different from the front... otherwise could it be that your tension is a bit loose? The front side looking good is great! It’s the important part :)

FYI, it looks like the Pantone yarns. Which are lovely...
It is the Caron x Pantone, wool blend, colourway Blueberry. I love them for the stitch tutorials because it shows them off so nicely!
Thanks! The Pantone yard is so yummy. Not to take away from any other UA-cam tutorials out there but honestly, your work is above and beyond what I've seen out there! I love your work! ♥️♥️💜💚😍 And your tutorials!!

Subtítulos en español por favor.
On foundation chain look like you’re working in back bump, but you’re saying next stitch.
Very dense pattern and it looks a bit like tire tread marks on the ground. Has an appeal all its own. It wouldn't be very soft for afghans and such. Maybe great for doormats.
I found it quite soft when I worked it up and have been told that it works beautifully in blankets, but it may not be right for everyone.
@@RichTexturesCrochet I am glad it works up soft and can't wait to try it, thanks
Meme Smith let me know how it goes :)
I could see this in purses, cushion covers, maybe even in sweaters if done loosely enough. What have you done with it?
Janet Ursel so far washcloths and blankets - but I could see it working well in purses and garments as well
Look so easy but to do the first loop isbhard 😭😭😭
Yarn and hook size?????????
In the video I am using a 6 mm hook and bulky weight yarn (Caron x Pantone)
😴 😴 😴 😴 😴
Nice hook. What brand is it?
This is a handmade hook by Viscount Woodturning on Etsy :)
@@RichTexturesCrochet Came looking for this answer! It's *gorgeous*!
Now I'm going to have to decide between new hooks and more yarn! 🙃
