Excellent video. Oh, Matt and summer are in my neck of the woods! Greenwich borough is under a frenzy of activity just completing as part of the new Elizabeth Line. The flat has some similar and same plants to my own but no plastics. However I'm not gonna lie, it's expensive and for home, it's one of the smallest in the western developed world for sure! Finally, the Clipper is great for nights out and other activities going under the iconic tower London Bridge(quicker than using the trains)

The inside is quite nice but I'm failing really hard to see where the 842k pricetag comes from, because the location of the appartment is horrible and the view is quite mediocre, the abandoned wharf at the bottom is just pure ugliness and while it's on the thames it's on one of the worst spots of the thames where there isn't anything basically. Also while I did say that the interior is quite nice, a 2 bedroom appartment with regular sized bedrooms, so not even big ones, are also hard to use as justification for the price.
Why no closets? Do you not wear clothes? That one bedroom had zero closets. And not much elsewhere. I've had efficiencies in D.C. with dressing room and 2 huge walk-in closets built in the 1940s. I understand old builds but new ones?
